For context, he owns a GT350 that comes with 19-inch wheels in black. I took my model 3 in because of curb rash on one of the rims. I managed to scrape it about 2/3rds the circumference of the rim. I was freaking out because I have never done this type of damage to my car before. That happened on a Friday. I contacted AWRS on the following Sunday in which they got back to me early Monday morning. They were able to give me the exact time I requested which was the following Wednesday morning (today).The employee there was polite and kind and told me it would be done in two hours. I came back two hours later and just wow. The rim looks like nothing happened to it. I’m convinced they just gave me a new rim. I’m extremely happy with the price and service. I will only come here for rim repair from now on. Hopefully I won’t need to get anymore rims repaired though.
