My digital images weren't sent and when I told them (after an hour online in their chat) they still didn't send them within a reasonable time. Apparently an email will take 5 days?! It is ridiculous that they have a monopoly on this industry for our children's photos. Very disappointed.

The phone system is ridiculous. You go around in circles forever without ever talking to an actual person. I would never use this system again.

They work very hard to make sure they make everyone look their best!Proofs & prints take far longer to be available than they used to. Disappointed with turn-around time on service, but thrilled with photos.
