Couldn't have asked for a better experience and customer service than what i received here at Paul Randolph...After no luck and poor customer service experiences in Toronto, I looked to my former hometown and reached out to P.R... After speaking with Brian and Jeff, they helped me locate my ideal stone within 3 hours of my picture references.. The teams' attentiveness to phone and email discussions on design ideas, as well as their interpretation on renderings and assistance throughout the creation process was incredibly positive and reassuring. Even though we had never met in person due to distance and COVID, we managed to execute a flawless ring virtually and they had it shipped to me overnight seamlessly in a short time period after.. P.R. has been deeply rooted in the Kingston market for many decades, and will continue to be with their excellent quality and customer service. I highly recommend this business and look forward to working with them again.

I had an idea for a necklace to celebrate my daughter's arrival, and drew out a rough picture. I sent it to Paul-Randolph Jewellers during the height of the pandemic and they were able to make my idea come to life on my limited budget. Jeff was such a pleasure to work with! The customer service was second to none, and the necklace came out exactly as I imagined in such a short time. So thankful we chose them to make our meaningful piece!!!

I highly recommend the team at Paul-Randolph and will use them for all my jewelry needs in the future. I wanted to redesign my grandmothers ring into an engagement and Jeff did an amazing job creating exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. We went to another jeweler in town for a quote and it would have cost almost twice as much without any of the customizability or half the stones we wanted. The end result is stunning (as others say, photos don't do it justice), and I would trust this team with any family heirloom.

I'm newly engaged and was presented with the MOST beautiful ring I have ever laid eyes on. My fiance and I opted to design a custom ring as we were gifted a diamond bracelet from his mother. We decided to visit Paul-Randolph Jewellers and I'm so grateful we did. Our experience with Jeff was spectacular; Jeff made us feel entirely at ease, listened to of our concerns, provided honest feedback, helped us come up with a beautiful design that completely exceeded our expectations. They were able to incorporate diamonds from the bracelet and helped us pick a gorgeous center stone then carefully set them into a beautiful rose gold band. It's absolutely stunning; I have added a couple of photos but they just don't do the ring justice. Thank you so much Jeff and your wonderful father for all of your help! I highly recommend anyone looking for a ring to visit this business; not only can they produce amazing designs but they also have a wonderful inventory of pre fabricated jewellery, you will not be dissapointed!

Jeff at Paul Randolph helped us design my dream engagement ring. He was able to take a vision and turn it into a design that fit into our budget, Diamond requirements but also have it be functional and timeless. We haven’t had it built yet but I thought this review could be useful for anyone looking into custom engagement rings… So far Paul Randolph has better served us than big luxury brands such as Tiffany & Co. Highly highly recommend this jeweller !I look forward to updating this review with a photo of the ring. ☺️

My fiancé and I had a great experience with Jeff at Paul-Randolph's. He was very straightforward, candid, and knowledgeable about the different options. He took the time to mock up a great design for what we were looking for, which was not only extremely impressive but also very reasonably priced. Though we decided to go another way (online purchase), we would recommend Jeff to anybody who wanted to go ring shopping especially if you have a specific idea in mind for what you want. We went to most of the jewelers in Kingston and Jeff is the only person I will be going to in the future.

I had my broken gold ear ring repaired by Paul. Great service and genuine. Friendly staff and great collections in shop. I strongly recommend this shop. I will be visiting again for my daughter.
