Q-Nails

First time visiting and will be my last. Got nails done and not even a week in one snapped off, called to get it fixed and they charged me!!! I have never been to a pjs r where they charge you to fix a nail. Excuse she gave me was for “the product”. What a rip off!

Uncomfortable experience. Extremely rude and unorganized, I'm fairly certain the lady that worked on my nails was not a tech what so ever. It took her almost 1.5 hours to paint my nails WITH help from a colleague of hers. Over priced to fix a nail and repaint my nails costed equivalent to what I pay normally for a fill. This is the second time I have come here, thinking the first time was them just having a bad day but it seems like it's just the way they are. Will not be returning and will advise others to go else where as well.Update: the response given by establishment is inaccurate, they did not provide me anything free". The paint chipped after barely 24 hours and they new nail they "repaired" on my "thin" nails broke off within a few days as well."

Super nice! They made sure to check constantly if i was happy with my nails. (Color, shape, everything!)It came out perfectly! I got almond shaped nails and i love em!They worked fast but carefully!

Overpriced Pedicure for what they offered. It was the most basic treatment, nothing special or extra was done. They used a product that caused me an uncomfortable and severe skin reaction that had to be taken off and avoided, as well, my fiancé was cut on his toe that continued to bleed even after we left the salon. To finish, there was no massage and our feet still felt ruff when we arrived home. The worst part —they offered no compensation or discount on their service after voicing my concerns and I was still charged the full price even without any polish. Horrible. I would not recommend this place.

This place is so unprofessional and they should not even be open as a business. I knew something was wrong when I complained on how my nails was getting done, and I got yelled at, after my nails was done I addressed that yelling at me was not a go, and she apologized, but even that they started talking in a different language. So unprofessional!!Once it was time to pay I was over charged about $4 but I did not care. I left peacefullyI got my nails done and it was a full set of gel and in less than a week it was peeling off. For the first time I experienced gel peeling off. I’m so disappointed and I would never recommend this place. If this is the kind of work I was getting done I might have just did it myself at home. Please save yourself headache and go somewhere else for a better quality and good nails. I wish I can post photos of my nails but for some reasons I can’t!

I went to salon for first time as my salon was booked.Now i sit here the day after having a medi/pedi at this location and I cannot walk on my left foot due to large toe pain at the nail. I will say the staff was very nice. The young lady I had did not speak English which is fine but things went down fast. She kept nipping my skin with the clippers and at one point my foot went flying off the stool. When she started filing the ends of my toe nails she was also filing the skin. I pointed it out to her and she kept saying “sorry”. I then was moved over to nails. Just a simple manicure. While waiting for her I noticed my toe was starting to hurt and skin was hanging under the nail bed and it was thick and choppy and one nail was cut sideways. I asked another employee to come over and showed her and she went and told the young lady I am assuming to fix. She did pull the skin (which I am assuming is skin she snipped from the clippers), and off to my hands. Not a difficult task. It was super quick and I at that point I just looked away with disappointment and the other employee noticed me as I am sure my face was expressing my displeasure. She smiled and I smiled back.While one hand was drying she would hit the nail dryer everytime hitting my nails and she kept saying sorry.I looked at my nails and she didn’t touch under my nails. I asked her to please do that.It cost me 120.00. Not what I was expecting for a painful experience.I would not have put up a poor review however last night hours after my toe nail bed was starting to hurt. I got worried and soaked in Epson salt and then wrapped my toe in polysporin. I am still mending my toe with polysporin and Epson salts 24 hrs later.So sorry but I will never go back.

I'm sure there is better but I tend to keep coming here even so. They are friendly and are not overly pushy at up selling you. My last appointment was my first ever were my nails are not straight and well rounded. It would be nice if they bring back the punch cards.

Never had a bad experience here. My favourite place to go for a pedicure. It’s an inviting place and the girls are friendly and nice. Wide range of colours and designs to chose from.

I’ve been coming here for almost 8 years with my Grandmother. Brandy is an absolutely lovely person, she remembers everybody, she goes above and beyond to see you leave happy & if you aren’t getting anything super intricate, just a fill/new colour…she can have you (beautifully) done in about 45 minutes. I also never have any issues of lifting. My pandemic set in 2020 lasted almost 8 weeks and I still had to work to get what hadn’t grown out off. She’s absolutely worth the trip to Leduc from south Edmonton!

Awful service. Asked for french tip with almond shape, left with green nails and an oval shape. When Lisa (the worker i had) put on the top coat for my french tips there was dust and bubbles that clearly showed when they she was done. I expressed my concern and she laughed at me while another worker looked at the nails. I paid $63 for nails that I hate just to be laughed at by their mistake. When i paid and left she opened the door and smirkily said “sorry” then laughed. Not a good salon will never go back now i’m stuck with hideous nails
