Kensington Suites

Great experience overall! Clean place, amazing location, very safe & secure. Staff is really nice & welcoming as well! Only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is you have to share the bathroom/shower with other guests which is good to know before you go.

We book there for a week in December 2022 but my daughter and me didnt like like so we stayed there for 1 night due to heavy snowing. Nick was agreed to charge us 1 night and cleaning fees then he said I will get the refund from my credit card but until now 15 April (4 months) I havent got any refund and despite several emails, we havent got any refund.

Great location, quiet and clean room, good experience. I especially appreciate Nick for granting me an early check-in for my morning arrival. The staff tries to be as accommodating as it allows.

The place is absolutely perfect, it counts with everything that is needed. The rooms are very beautiful beds are comfortable as well as clean. The owners are really nice people and they can help you staff is also very coprative.

it was a really nice experience. The staff helpful and kind. The room was very quite. The hotel located in a pedestrian street, so it is calm.The prices fort this hotel is also good. It worth it, to come here.My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Our family enjoyed our Toronto vacation and our stay at Kensington Suites. We had a two bedroom, living room, full kitchen and bathroom (with w/d). Communication with the owner was efficient and then we were welcomed upon arrival. The unit was clean and very pleasant to live in for our almost full week stay. The location next to Kensington Market meant we were very close to city life, but the unit was very quiet. It is also close to many public transportation lines, so you can walk/ride anywhere in the city.As someone who has stayed at a number of AirBnB options, I appreciated the value we got with this stay, without the list of cleaning instructions.

Very nice place, close to everything in dowtown and tramway station is at 2min walking.Room green: perfect if you are in solo, small, quiet and cosy.Nick the owner is a very good guy!

It was a share house with three bedrooms and, depending on the day you book, you could be staying there by yourself or with some other kindred souls looking to spend time in Toronto. Most of my flatmates kept to themselves so you still get a sense of privacy. The bedrooms themselves are quite spacious.

We thought we had a reservation here. We called the phone number and rang the doorbell. This man showed up, got out of his car. Started yelling at me that there is no reservation for that building. Threatening to call the cops and told me I was trying to fraud him. He would not even let me speak,to explain I was driving 4 kids down to celebrate a birthday, I was on the phone with who booked it, he refused to speak to her . Screaming at me that I need paperwork to show him.We were supposed to be at Kensington Palace . Not suites.Honest mistake and this sorry excuse for a man just made the night worse by screaming at us about how we are frauding him.I will never book this place just because of how that man treated us. He also claimed he gets frauded" all the time. My thought is people are looking for "Palace" not " Suites" . maybe next time instead of being so rude and ignorant. The owner could show compassion for someone who is lost and trying to get to the right place. I will never suggest this place to anyone."
