My Teen Burger was very sloppily " thrown together.The coating on the Onion Rings fell off most of them.Just wasn't like A & W used to be."

Can’t recommend A&W @ Elmira when on multiple occasions today being the last I’m asked to wait for my order after paying no big deal. But my order is then incorrect and not properly prepared. If you ask someone to wait 10 min for “fast food” at least do it correctly

I don't like to leave bad reviews. But honestly I have given this location so many tries. Every single time I am in the drivethru a minimum 10 min. Usually closer to 20. One time 30 min by the time we pulled in to getting our food. Yes the food is usually hot but the wait time every single time is unbelievable. Majority of the time, there is only 1-2 people in the drivethru. So it should not take this long.The one time we brought up how disappointed we were in the wait and we got expired coupons. Unfortunately this location has let me down too many times. Every single time we are asked to pull around and our food will be brought out to us.I don't know if it's understaffed, poor training or what the issue is but it doesnt change every time I go.

Went there to get a burger for breakfast last Thursday I believe. Found out they serve bacon, eggs and toast. It was good at a 5 star level for a burger chain but of course it won't be the same as home made. The guy serving me was performing an exceptional job. He was very polite and helpful with letting me know my options and such. He had a beard with a beard net on it. If he's not the manager, he should be, if not a higher position with some proper training from A&W's head office. Better to promote these kinds of people over losing them.

The staff screwed up the order for my party of four. And then they argued about it. I ordered last but never got my food. It was brought out 2nd and I assumed it was for a another person in my party. Unfortunately they said it was brought out but the person that ordered the chubby burger never got his chubby burger.

I drove a group of elderly to this A&W. They were happy with what they ate and for the outing to A&W. We were a group of 10 so I think it was good for this business. However, the manager could have come out and greeted us and made sure everything was going well. In a DQ we visited recently the manager not only assisted our visit (eg opening the door for those in wheel chairs), but gave us staff a coffee/tea on the house. It's a great incentive to return since we staff are the ones making the decision where to visit next.

I wasn't going to leave a review but I have not eaten at a A&W in a long long time probably years but I went and ordered a single mozza combo and was shocked to find out it was over 15.00 I casually mentioned about the price to the lady at the counter who clearly took offense to it and had to tell me everyone was raising prices which was fine I get that then she asked me if I wanted ketchup and did not put Any in the bag and I wasn't going to leave a review but I feel she was bothered by my comment about the prices and forgot it on purpose. I was the only one in the.dribe threw and no one behind me so my review is on the level of service I received and maybe that's why I haven't eaten at a A&W in years if your going to demand a higher price then the service shouod match !!

There isn't a time at this location that you receive your food in the drive thru. You place your order, pay, get your drink and then are asked to park around the side in which you regularly wait 10 minutes for your food to be brought out to you.
