This is the second time I have used the business and both times they were very friendly. Rob told me he would be at my house in the afternoon , as I had no heat . He arrived mid afternoon and had furnace working in short period of time . Thanks

LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING.In mid March I reached out to Town and Country for an estimate on a new furnace and central air conditioner. We had used their services for over 20 years. By mid May, not having received any communications, I went to their office and the gentleman provided options on new equipment. We discussed possible use of a heat pump in lieu of a/c and other matters such as propane service installation. I further followed up with emails and a final email in early August begging for a reply within 10 days. There was none.Two other heating contractors provided excellent service with timely inspection and written quotes based on our needs. The one contractor travelled 20 minutes to provide information and the other contractor travelled 40 minutes, twice.So either T&C is incompetent or the gentleman lacked the courage to reach out. The Exeter community would have benefitted from this purchase if T&C bothered to travel 15 minutes west.

The staff are so friendly and professional. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. As a recent widow, making these kinds of decisions is very difficult. The staff were supportive, knowledgeable and honest.
