Solid choice for donburi in the area.The katsu don has crispy chicken cutlet and flavourful rice.Whichever rice bowl you decide to get, make sure to get the hot spring egg on the side so you can mix it!

Pretty good. 4.5/5If you area big man or super hungry, portions are medium sized. You would probably find yourself not extremely full just from one dish.We got Aburi Don and Bacon Don (very similar to Korean BBQ - grilled pork).37$ before tax44$ with 15%Overall good exp.Food was tasty.The service was nice))We had a littlw request and it was accomodated.Would recommend for one time exp.To be a repeated customer I would want to have bigger portiona or lower prices.Thanks for having us!

Went here on a whim and enjoyed my time eating here. The wait staff was very nice and I ask for their recommendations. I got the fire yakiniku bowl . I thought the beef would have been seasoned but it’s more of a gochujang base that’s put on top. A bit of a letdown but it was still good.

The quality of meat in the Karubi Don is good but the portion is very small and it is quite expensive, $19. You can add miso soup, egg, cheese etc for an extra cost. I liked the chicken karaage as a side dish. That was a bigger potion. The restaurant is nice inside and the service was great. A bit expensive for my liking but overall it's just okay.

The Karubi Don was actually so delicious, it wasn’t too salty but still very flavorful, and the chefs made it extra rare for me like I had asked. Me and two friends shared the Pepper Tuna Tataki as an appetizer, and it’s safe to say we all enjoyed it thoroughly. We really liked the sauce they gave us to go with the tuna because the flavors went well with each other.Inside the restaurant, the atmosphere was very cozy and artistic feeling. All of the decorations, and wall art went beautiful with all the wooden walls. The service was good, our waiters and waitresses were super nice and accommodating for every second of our stay.As for prices, it is a little expensive but I’d say that it’s a fair price. There was a good amount of beef and rice, everything was delicious and ultimately we ended up being full. If you want to splurge a little bit but not break the bank, this is a great place to go! :)

One of our favourite place for a japanese rice bowl. Their ton-toro don is good, but this time we got the gyu tan don (beef tongue) and pork jowl - both were also very good with very strong pepper taste. They used to have complimentary side salad and soup, but have to order those separately now with additional cost :(

I got the karaage don chicken(fried chicken). First time ever and I recommend anyone new to this style of food. It was just amazingly flavourful and will definitely come again!

Their Aburi Salmon don was full of flavours and was a good portion. Lower rating because they forgot my cabbage salad but it was refunded afterwards!

i've come here 3 times and it's pretty good. the donburi bowls are honestly kinda pricey for what it is but get the side dishes because those are really worth it. i like the karaage and sweet potato side dishes. the first 2 times the bowl came with miso soup and a small salad but i didn't get it the third time, idk. they have 10% cash discount which is nice and the staff are amazing, so kind and helpful.
