Frankly, if I could give zero stars I would. We had Christmas photos taken well in advance of Christmas (over 3 weeks ago). We only ordered 1 photo for some Christmas cards and I just got them yesterday.Needless to say my xmas cards won't arrive to my loved ones in time. If professionalism, attention to detail and punctuality are important you, I would recommend you try another studio.

I booked online for a home photo session as I have little children. Mitch called and made arrangements and came over at the said time. He helped give us some ideas to step up our home to take the best pictures. He was very friendly, kind and patient my toddler who had no plans of taking pictures. He helped me to select the best ones and helped us the ordering. The canvas we got is beautiful. My daughter who is 5months loves looking up at the wall at the pictures. We are very happy with our picture. I also like that the staff at Snap Studio do their best to be of help to you.

Amazing photo studio for the Family photoshoot! Nagin is a very professional photographer she did great job and we got beautiful photos, my kids loved her and everyone had a great time!

Me and my family didn't expect that we would have a really great time at our photo session with Amy and the staff...Amy was very dynamic to work with. She made us feel at ease even while instructing us with the poses; and we can say for sure that we had fun during the whole session, that we didn't even notice the time.The $20 certificate for their free portrait promo (the one that originally costs a hundred bucks) is a little bit misleading though... although I understand that it's a part of their marketing strategy. It's actually a part of a their photo session package that you should avail, which could come with a photobook, a set of framed outputs from a selected material and the digital copy.The printed delivery is good... and Amy has been very responsive with our inquiries and follow-ups. Overall, I would say that this is ideal for a big group or a big family so that the members can contribute in the payment.In the end, a photo session is a priceless opportunity anyway, for the whole family to experience together... with outputs that will always be treasured and that could last a lifetime.

First off -- I HATE having photos taken. This is the first photographer to make me feel comfortable. She was very accommodating and has a great eye for the right" photo. Was very good at including our family dog. She took different group poses and individual shots -- some of the best photos we've ever gotten! Highly recommend for families -- or if you need individual shots for professional use."

Nagine was incredibly talented and kind. Very patient. The headshots taken turned out great!! I would highly recommend!!!

Went in for a newborn photoshoot with my 8 day old baby and husband, the two women working here were incredibly kind and professional. They handled my baby with so much care and were incredibly kind. We did not feel rushed at all and felt very included in the whole process. Thank you ladies we will be back definitely!

This place deserves zero stars.First off all, this free promotion that they are offering while shopping ( you won a free 16x20) it’s free.. it’s not free, nothing is free they even charge you $20 apparently for the photographer... The person walking around handing out three cards to see if you are interested is not a promotion. It’s something That they’ve been doing for over 3 years. To be honest I feel completely scammed. After going in to get my kids photos done they charge over $50 a photo. Which is completely outrageous. Once they have you in the packages are over 800 to $1000... nobody in their right mind should pay that much for photos. Obviously it’s just a scam to get you in the door. The two women that was there are completely unprofessional..I was told it would be an hour of photos, and I was rushed in and out in 20 minutes. After being there, Never in my life what I recommend anyone going there again

Staff at Snap Photo are very professional and dedicated to work. They offer quality customer service.I highly recommend this studio to friends and family.Best,Sharareh

It seems that they don't give a SNAP about our ratings... My rating is under zero; my pictures were taken 3 weeks before Christmas with a promise to deliver within a week to 10 days max. Today is February 9th... I have no other option but to cancel and dispute. Walmart does the same job for lower price and turnaround time of 48 Hrs.
