Was hired through Randstad to work for teleperformance. So far the onboarding experience has been a nightmare. I filled out all the required paperwork. Yet thanks to both companies I have missed 2 orientation classes. They forgot to tell me about the 1st one, then the 2nd one they supposedly didn't have my paperwork so I wasn't on the list for it. Both companies keep blaming each other for the mix ups. Meanwhile nothing gets resolved.
