We had them come out to fix our washer on warranty, were told it was the suspension rods and could not be anything else, he never ran a load through just water even after saying it doesn't make the noise unless it has laundry in it. During the first load the noice was still there,called them back were told they would call whirlpool and get back to us, never heard from them again. We called whirlpool and we were told that our case was closed and the washer was fixed. Bad service didn't do anything for us just left us with a broken washer

Had them out to look at my fridge, was professional, friendly, and quick with the repairs. The price was reasonable as well.

Dan helped us out on Easter Weekend. Dan was honest and I was able to solve the problem myself, with his guidance, thorough Facebook Messenger. It was a simple fix, luckily, but I didn't know that. I'll definitely be calling Dan next time we have an issue!

Dan was very professional, on time and tried his best to repair our fridge but unfortunately it wasn't salvageable but his service was 5 star.This is the second time we have called on his services and both times no complaints would highly recommend him to everyone. I have heard many bad stories in regards to appliance repair people but if you go with Dan you will not have one of those bad experiences.

This company was amazing - Dan called me back when he said he would-he showed up when he said he would and was extremely professional. The repairs were done on the spot and lot less expensive than what I was expecting. When he left, you wouldn't know that a big repair was done in the middle of the floor. Everything was cleaned up and just as it was before he came. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends. Five Gold Stars!!

Dan is extremely friendly, honest and professional. He is not pushy in any way and enters and leaves your house the way he found it (even takes his shoes off unlike some other repair people). He gives you a pretty specific time that he will be coming not a 4 hour window like other companies (8:30am Monday for diagnostics and some time between 9-10 on Thursday) and was punctual both days he came. I called him Saturday about my natural gas stove and dryer both not working. He was able to tell me fees up front to come out and look at them. The fees were either comparable or cheaper than the competition and are used towards cost of service if you let him do the work. He came first thing Monday morning and had the parts for the dryer ordered and installed them on Thursday. He was able to explain what needed to be repaired and how the parts worked in a simple manner for me to understand. In my case it was a pulley in the dryer and the igniter in the stove needed to get a more thorough cleaning. Especially with the stove, I heard him testing it numerous times probably not just to make sure it worked but also for the safety of my family. I have no hesitation to use him in the future should any of my other appliances break down!

We can't say enough good things about Dan, his knowledge and capabilities to repair any problem we have brought him, always efficient and honest. He always gets back to you calls quicky and incredibly fair in price. He has worked on our dryer, stove and refrigerator. He will always be our first call if we have any trouble with our appliances.
