Homewood Suites by Hilton Toronto Vaughan

I was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the more negative reviews here. This place was AMAZINGLY well maintained and we are generally picky on cleanliness. We called ahead to ask for some specifics and front desk had thought through and held a room based on our requests. You can tell the staff care about the quality of their work and take pride in the environment. We had our pets with us and these guys legit knows what pet friendly means - we actually walked out of the Pan Pacific because of the poor pet-friendly rules (and we make sure our dogs are quiet and cared for at all times). Also the breakfast is pretty good compared to the competition brand of suites we’ve stayed at. We will likely make the Hilton brand one that we consider more.

Had my parents stay for a few weeks while there place was being renovated.. super people they have at this location, very curdeuas and patient staff, good breakfast not so bad over night snack room...and o ya did I mention the staff? Mint people running sir Hilton suites...good job bids,G

Excellent place to stay. Small but usable kitchen. Large rooms. Pleasantly surprised by the rooms. Pool was pretty good. Hotel is in a good spot. I'd stay again.

Carpet in the room was stained in various areas. The drywall in the bathroom needs repairing on the side wall. No towels in the pool/hot tub.

Top tier location, service, yet rooms could use a Lil clean up. An air purifier in smoking rooms could take out the stench of cigarettes (we vape) and allowing weed to be smoked would make sense. The gym and pool were amazing features, TV could use a smart TV box, as it doesn't include any streaming platforms. The breakfast was a marvelous experience.

We were booked to stay at the hotel for 6 days. The staff were kind and courteous but the room wasn’t cleaned properly. When we pulled out the sofa bed it was covered in food bits and what looked like some sort of glitter.We also found a sock behind the night stand. Probably still there.Overall based off of cleanliness it was a very uncomfortable stay.

The beds here are super uncomfortable. We were told these were Hilton standard beds but during our vacation we stayed in nine different hotel rooms all Hilton and these beds stand out as the absolute worst. Having a bedroom right next to the loading dock for the local Walmart doesn't help either. Make sure you get the opposite side of the hotel, the even numbered rooms.

the trip was a bit expensive but they had the best room in a hotel I've ever seen they had a dish washer A full fridge and freezer freezer and cutlery and plates and glasses and 2 TV's 2 different rooms for a living room and a bedroom Service was great but they charged you $10 for like A Towel Breakfast was included Parking was included Wi-Fi was included But was hard to set up I encourage you to go if you are in the budget

Had an amazing experience here with my mom. The suite was clean, spacious and comfortable. The best part is that it was a pet-friendly hotel. It was also only a 15 minute walk to the subway line. All staff were so genuine and kind and made our stay! Special thank you to Holly and the women in the kitchen as well as the cleaning staff and front door staff! Thank you all so much!
