They had the part I needed, but provided terrible customer service. Went in and ordered the part, was told it would take a week to ship and it would likely arrive on Tuesday. Called today to see what happened and was informed that it was ten-day shipping, and that the part likely wouldn't be in until Friday or Monday.Perhaps a minor inconvenience to some, but feels like I was lied to to make a sale. Especially given that I could have had this part fixed FOR FREE as a recall, but thought this would be quicker. Do not shop at 4 Wheel Parts if you are looking to have something replaces in a timely manner.

I get excellent customer service and competitive pricing for all the parts and accessories I purchase from 4 Wheel Parts in Fredericton, NB. Dave has been phenomenal with his expert advice and guidance as I build up my Jeep Wrangler. I receive my orders in a timely fashion and they are there to answer all of my questions post sale as well. You can’t get this kind of service from Amazon and I have found their prices are better than Amazon as well. I highly recommend 4 Wheel Parts for when you are looking to make upgrades to your off-road vehicle.

Don't order through them during covid. Was told a week and a month later they never shipped my order. Tons of emails and can't get a response. Everytime I call, its an hour to two hour wait on hold. When you finally get through, they transfer you around! You couldn't have any worse customer service. If covid is an issue with the company, they need to tell you that on the phone before ordering. I was told it will not be an issue at all. If they would of told me it'll take a month or two I would of been appreciative and made my choice then what to do. I'm beyond frustrated with the service of 4wp. Its a bummer when you spend almost a grand with a company and once they charge your account they have no concerns about the service you receive. I never write a negative review, but in this case I had to. They just don't care. Don't get roped into the sale deals you see, its not worth the fee bucks of savings. I should of paid more and gone to a smaller company that customer satisfaction was important. They get a one star for failing to give a s***.

From anothe post on.Delete this if it's not allowed, just wanted to post my experience.Just want to give everyone a heads up before dealing with 4 Wheel Parts in New Brunswick. I blew up dana 30 last January and had to purchase a complete axle assembly to fix the issue. After a bit of research, I decided to purchase a complete axle in a create from 4 Wheel Parts last January. After talking to one of their salespeople, the convinced me to purchase their “Extreme Warranty” since it would cover me regardless of who installed the axle or what I did on or off-road. Their exact words, “A no hassle warranty that has you covered not matter what happens.”Not even 1 year later, I noticed a noise coming from the front axle along with diff oil all around my wheels. After sending it back to the dealership to have them look, they determined that the inner seals were installed incorrectly and would need to be replaced. These means taking the entire thing apart to do it.This was an “axle-in-a-crate” which basically means you remove the old axle assembly and put the new one on. Everything is done already. You just need to fill it with oil.4 Wheel Parts basically said they are not taking responsibility with this and it’s not their issue. They even tried to blame the dealership for installing it incorrectly. The only thing they offered to do was send a replacement seal if I shipped the current seals back to them. Which would take between 2 to 3 weeks to get the new ones back.This is my daily driver, so I can’t go 2 or 3 weeks without a rig and on top of that, I had to pay all the labor charges for something that was done incorrectly from the factory.This is an information post on my dealings with 4 Wheel Parts.

I ordered a leveling kit for my ram 2500, I spoke to a salesman on the phone who told me it was in stock. What he failed to mention was it was in stock way down south USA. Don’t deal with these clowns.

Service Manager is not a mechanic, and if he is... well he needs to go back to school!! Replaced my wiper motor 300 plus tax and labor. turned out wasn't the issue... wasn't the motor at all... was the TIPM 1300 plus tax and labor... okay electrical is not a easy find. But when you removed the shroud and broke the plastic grate where the slots are, and didn't tell me or Troy... that's not a me problem, that's a YOU problem. I just wish I noticed sooner, because you would be replacing that part!!!

I've been there once and Malcom was super helpful and informative. He didn't rush me, and talked me through all the options for what I was looking for. The reason I gave them a 3 instead of a 5 is because of two other customers that came in and were waiting in line for a long time. The 3 employees never once said Hello I'll be with you in a second". I mentioned he could help them first because I was going to take 30-40 minutes

The team was very helpful, I ordered a set of Rampage slimline rock sliders along with rough country inner fender liners and rugged ridge max terrain flairs for my Jeep Wrangler. I provided the part number for the sliders I wanted on the rampage site, but a few days later I looked up the rampage parts on the 4WP website and noticed the picture that displayed was completely different than what I saw on the Rampage site. Understandably I was concerned, George and Malcolm both reassured me not to worry they’d take care of me. The parts came in and Malcolm took me into the warehouse to cut open the box in front of me and ensure the parts were correct. Then when installing, they noticed that the inner fender liners were scuffed up a bit from the shipping, Malcolm called me to let me know, then offered me to choose between two options, they’d either order me new liners or paint the ones received, I chose to have them painted rather than wait for new ones. Customer service was excellent and friendly, great experience all around.
