UPDATE: Mike called the night of my review & following morning. It seems there was an error in communication. I accepted Mike's apology. He offered to come (service call for FREE) to my home first thing this morning (Sept. 15), and take a look. This is the second time that we had Mike fix our dryer (seperate issues) and we were very satisfied. We got an appointment within a couple of days each time. Once he was there he was quick and professional.

Mike serviced our Frigidaire gas oven this week and provided a new sensor upon thoroughly checking the oven. We are hoping this fixes our error code! Fingers crossed! Mike is very friendly and polite and we would use him again for any appliance repair. Thank you Mike!

So glad I found Mike. He was super accommodating on a Saturday afternoon. Showed up on time wearing a mask. Diagnosed the problem with the washer and fixed it perfectly. He’s very enthusiastic about his work and is such a nice guy. Even didn’t mind letting my kids watch him fix the washer. Highly recommend Mike!! He’s top notch, does excellent work and is very reasonable with prices. Thanks mike

Mike was amazing. He was punctual, proficient, kind and honest. I couldn’t be happier with his service. I will definitely be calling him in the future for any appliance issue and will recommend to everyone. He knows what he’s doing and talking about. Gets the job done quickly and is very pleasant. We had an excellent experience with Mike coming to fix our Gas Oven this morning. He was able to address and fix the problem right away and also went above and beyond by tightening our knobs so they fit nice and snug. Now we can cook our turkey in time for Thanksgiving, would highly recommend!

First time using this company and we’re so impressed with Mike’s service so it won’t be the last. We just found our new tech. He was prompt in answering our call, came the next day and fixed our dryer quickly but efficiently. He let us watch him work and even showed us what was broken. He also made sure that other parts were cleaned up and working before he left. He is polite, friendly, considerate, professional, and knowledgeable. I recommend Mike hands down. He is a technician extraordinaire.
