Glass full of ICE !!!I ordered Grande sized Mango Dragonfruit drink with Coconut milk. After finishing the drink, I noticed that 75% of the glass was just ICE… I couldn’t get to go back to the store as I had already left the area but their employees should know better than ripping customers off. I am never returning to this location.

Charlottes attitude really just brings down my energy. Between her behaving stiffly towards the staff and being dull to the clients she definitely take some time to work on people skills

This store is right next to Chapters so very convenient. Starbucks all have the same menu, so what makes one different is the staff and how relaxed you feel sitting talking to friends. We found the staff and atmosphere here particularly great. It had a cosy feeling. As well, the washrooms were very clean and when I mentioned this, a staff member told me they check them every hour since it is a busy store!

This location is just above everything. Once you get in you will feel that warm friendly environment, you will see that every single person smiles at you. Having it inside of a chapters gives you a great experience of reading book with a nice cup of a coffee. Stuff are so nice and charming, they always make sure to pass you that positive energy. Many days I am just going there to feel better !! Parking is not a problem they have a big parking lot. I love every single person works in that location :)

Great experience at Starbucks The person at the cash counter was really warm and friendly but the woman making the coffee was quite the oppositeOrdered a caramel frapachino well I thought tall was actually tall but it happened to be their smallest coffeeOrdered it and was surprised with the tall size However the frappe tasted awesome loved the drizzle of caramel on top of the cream was yummm tasted awesome!!Sat there on their comfortable couch sipping my coffee and browsing through a few of the books from Chapters It was a great evening just by myself with a book and a coffeeGreat experience I’m doing this more often

Very busy, drip coffee arrived quickly, but the cookies took two minutes. Notice the customer after me who ordered a muffin on the shelf above the two cookies I had ordered got served first. Regardless, the quality of food and taste was Starbucks caliber and was enjoyed.

Great location and fantastic service. It does get quite busy, so at times have to wait for my Americano more than 10 minutes, but otherwise a good location.
