Very poor service and I literally waited for about 20 minutes to get my order. I would have given 0 stars if it would be an option.

My order always gets messed up here, always. Today my soup was in the bag sideways leaking out of the lid, I wasnt given a spoon or napkins and my Turkey Bacon Sandwhich had no bacon. Hate that this is the only alternative in the college.

No matter what time you go, you’ll most likely be waiting more than 20 mins no matter what you get. Constantly always makes you late for classes and always check your order before you go to far because things normally get forgotten. Also you might just get turned away if you ask for a breakfast item because they’re lazy and don’t want to cook eggs.

Ordered a large regular iced coffee and got a large iced coffee with probably 10 cream in it.Chronically slow serviceAlways get you order wrong

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Waited 5-7 minutes for my lunch. They served the 7 people who ordered after me with biscuits then told me they ran out of biscuits after I asked them 3 times for my order. I got my money back and not going back again. I'll go to a different location before coming to the college.

Literally have no clue why they’re at the college I could run the place better by myself. Make you double pay and sassy workers especially the manager

The new manager is so nice, always helping the staff and has always noticed if I’ve been waiting a while and asks what I’m waiting for. Never had an issue with my mobile orders

Bad under pressure missed 30 minutes of my class waiting for an order just to find out they stopped because they didn’t have wedges…best part is they told me nothing till I asked

They changed the menu as the screen constantly switches and it's hard to navigate what items to order

This full-service outlet generally follows the academic calendar and is open when regular classes are in session (September to April)Would be nice if they put a sign up saying that. Walked In this morning hoping to get a coffee and they were closed. I got that statement off the LC website.
