PANORAMA APARTMENTS

As you read these reviews you might be inclined to think that they are too good to be true - not so. Two months since moving into the Panorama Apartments, I still discover new and fabulous reasons for living here. The RealStar staff are welcoming and made my move in easy peasy by booking the dedicated loading bay and securing an elevator. I'd like to say that I have the best flat in the building - but from the reviews, it sounds like there isn't an unpleasant suite in the building. Having stayed in some breathtaking places worldwide, my Panorama flat is nothing short of spectacular with its ever changing east-south river valley view.Thanks to a dedicated staff, the building is clean and quiet, in an equally quiet neighbourhood, a mere two blocks from a variety of conveniences, restaurants, and transit. Access to four different sets of stairs to the river valley and hiking trails are almost at the building's front door. I feel safe walking early mornings; though the building's gym is very handy and easy to book (a day in advance to comply with COVID health regulations, of course! But then I have the entire gym to myself for the hour!). Panorama; a pleasant place to call home.

I honestly believe I have the best postal code in all of Edmonton! Panorama Apartments is everything I've ever wanted about downtown living. It's such a walkable community, and you can't get much closer to the river valley trails. There's the wonderful new equipment in the Fitness room, access to a social room, and secure underground parking. The building managers and staff work hard at keeping the place spotless. I am incredibly thrilled and proud to call this place home!

Love living here! The location and condition of the building, parking, staff, maintenance and amenities are all top-notch and I've had such a positive experience with Panorama being my first apartment. I feel right at home and safe here - grateful for the management team and fellow residents who help make that so :)

I moved into my one-bedroom apartment in Panorama back in August 2021, and so far I've really enjoyed living here! The building managers were super helpful and understanding during the moving process, and have been very welcoming ever since. The apartment is in great condition, and has a ton of storage space. The building's location is also great (only about a 10 minute walk from Government Centre station, and within walking distance of lots of restaurants). Super happy with my place so far :)

I have been living here for eight months,I am very happy that when we started looking for a place to live in canada for the first time,we choosed this place.The best part here are the stuffs onsite,they are so nice and helped a lot when we landed here and everything seemed so different from my homecountry.My suite is spacious,and the view of river valley is amazing.I have no complains and are very happy.

I have loved my last ten months of living in the Panorama Apartments and will continue my lease for the next year(s). I couldn't have asked for a better management company. The staff are friendly and helpful. They ensure that you have an optimal living environment. I strongly recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy living in a peaceful place yet have lively downtown vibes!

Great location, very quiet pocket of downtown.Building is whisper quiet, I forget I have neighbors 90% of the time.The views are well worth getting a unit facing the river valley.Realstar (and the amazing building staff) have put every other management company I've rented with in the past to shame. 24-hour on site service, incredibly quick to reply, and treat you like a community member. Can't say enough good things about them.It's made my time living here one of the easiest and nicest time I've had renting. They'll be tough to beat.

I moved to Edmonton from Vancouver, B.C and I can honestly say that I couldn't be happier finding such a great apartment. I was always looked after by the management company when I had questions regarding the move in procedure. They took an extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable at my new place when I arrived.This place has also extra bonus that it is walkable to many stores. It has great views of the river valley and the city and gym in the building as well. I am very happy with my place.

Exceptional on site managers make Panorama the finest rental high rise in Edmonton. Consider yourself lucky if you move here. Well run, professional staff who respond quickly. Suites are spacious and lovely. The views are splendid!

Have been living at Panorama apartments for a year and a half. Love the building, location, and the on-site property management. Larry, Shaunalee, and their team are awesome. They care about their tenants and have created a safe and inviting environment throughout the building.Balconies are the largest I have seen downtown, and units are being upgraded and like new. We can't imagine ourselves anywhere else (unless somewhere warm and tropical) in the city.
