Favourite wine store in the city. All of the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and they make wine very approachable - no talking over your head. They are great at listening to the type of wine you are looking for and making fantastic recommendations. Their selection and variety of wines is excellent. Really good price points across a wide range depending on what you are looking for. Highly recommend.

Been going to Richmond Hill Wines for years now and never get tired of browsing the selection of unique and truly note worthy wines. The team is first rate, always helpful and knowledgeable and ready to share some of their own favourites and if your not sure of a bottle they know just about everything you would want to know, where it's from, how it's made, what it goes well with. A unique wine store.

Great staff, curated high end winesI popped in one Saturday afternoon to get a couple of bottles of wine but ended up leaving with half a dozen. The reviews of Richmond Hills Wines was promising so I thought I’d give the place a try.The Reidel stemware was on clearance and the staff told me exactly why (loss in quality over the years), some wines were also being cleared out but most importantly everything else was 15% off for the day.Don’t expect to find much mass produced wines everyone else will be taking to a potluck. The selection was expertly curated for the mature and knowledgeable wine drinker. There are plenty of good wines under $20 to Chateau d’Yquem 1983. Every major wine region was present at Richmond Hills with the focus on quality. Many stores won’t dedicate a section to Germany or they will overlook Washington state because it’s not the flavor of the week.The staff treated me as well as customers who were spending thousands that day. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I’ll return on my next visit to the city.

The staff member was rude and patronizing. He followed me around the store, and stood at the front glaring at me, with his arms crossed, when I told him I didn’t have questions. I wanted to look for myself. He was judgy and elitist and I did not few welcome at all. I will never go back to this store.

The staff is so knowledgeable and the selection of wine from certain regions was excellent and sometimes exclusively distributed through them. I’ve been here twice and it was so enjoyable to buy from them.

Just like last year, these guys are the best in Canada - hands down.The range was even bigger this time, and I'm still annoyed that I can buy high end ozzy red cheaper in Calgary than at home...!Thankyou to Devan, my colleagues again have many bottles of Australian magic for Xmas.Range brilliant, Prices reasonable, and Service outstanding.

Amazing staff and very unique wine selection...certain wines they carry can't be found anywhere else in Calgary in stores! AND they deliver! Because their selection is so unlike any other store, I didn't know which wines to chose for the case I wanted to order. So I described my favorite characteristics of red and white wine, and the mixed case of wine that was delivered to my home did not disappoint : ) My surprise box contained 8 reds, 3 whites and a rose, and they have all been fantastic. Can't wait for the next case! Love this store!

What a wonderful experience! I recently visited the store while I was shopping for some bottles of wine to put together a wine basket for a retirement gift. Kevin was so patient and knowledgeable with my colleague and I. He took the time to pick out some lovely bottles of wine and explained the history behind each while doing do. We can't thank you enough!! A plus service and expertise!

I love shopping here. The staff and the wine are amazing! I'm not knowledgeable about wine, but every time I buy a bottle here I'm so pleased! They have a fantastic selection at an affordable price point. Highly recommended!

Lovely experience!! Beautiful store, and a lot of interesting wines, that are unique! Jack was very helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for - I am home sipping on a delicious Pinto G! Definitely will be re-visiting this shop!
