I came in to buy an anniversary present with my husband , after standing around for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help us. They had 6 employees standing around ignoring us and after I approached them to ask for help, they told me to make an appointment and to come back in 45 minutes. I asked her why when there are so many employees just standing around and no customers, she said they’re very busy with other appointments. There was literally no one there. Not impressed.

Very professional i had my Watch engraved. And it was done as I expected.Well done. I wish I have one of the perfume bottle engraved with my name.

I dropped in to look at a few items and was greeted warmly by the staff member at the door. Ariel helped me and was very professional and helpful.

Service while in the store was good, very caring, professional. Went to get additional links for a necklace I had purchased from Cartier online, obliged us as well by cleaning our rings without an appointment.Unfortunately, poor communication and poor follow up regarding when I could expect necklace to be returned, status of the order, etc. Waited for an email confirmation which never came. I had to message a sales associate a month later to get an update. I think this aspect of customer service could be improved. Unsure if this is because I did not purchase from them in store, or if this was because I was getting my necklace serviced rather than purchasing something new.May look into connecting with another boutique in the future or purchasing from another brand.

Amazing customer service from Jennifer Zhao! I was shopping online last minute and the delivery date exceeded the date I needed the gift. I called the store, luckily they had it in stock. I was under the impression I would have to drive over an hour to pick it up however Jennifer advised me they can have it delivered within a few days for me. She has been texting me updates and helped me through the entire purchase. Thank you Jennifer!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I made my very first purchase online and went to exchange it and waited 2 hours. Because of the wait I didn’t even bother exchanging it. Then they gave me a hard time about returning it in store even though I was told and could prove otherwise it wouldn’t be an issue. Super disappointing. They lost a potential customer.

Awful customer service. If you're not an Asian woman in a Canada Goose jacket you will be completely ignored. Went in with the intention to buy a Cartier tank but was given the cold shoulder by sales staff. Finally approached a sales rep and asked if I could look at a tank; he silently pointed to the display case with watches that I had already been looking at and continued to disregard me.

Me and my wife bought engagement rings from this store/brand! I have to say what an awful experience we had from the management down to the customer experience, the quality of the rings are truly terrible I only wore it 5 times and it’s full of scratches and marks already plus the worst is how soft and dull the gold quality is. They told us we can return it if we are unhappy so 6 hours after purchasing we decided to return once walked in the store they rejected our return and told us is not returnable so 6000$ down the drain. Do not shop here this brand has no quality and service I will never do any future purchase from this brand again. I highly recommend shopping at a different brand!

I was looking to purchase a watch and decided to try my luck with a walk-in. The store was barely empty, and the sales associate told us the “appointments” were lined up until closing. Guess they don’t want my money, so bye bye.

Having visited many Cartier's throughout the world, the Yorkdale location never provides the sense of luxury that one comes to expect from Cartier. While I have purchased from this location in the past, my more recent experiences have been encumbered by online bookings, long waits in store and, at times, sales associates that feel indifferent to the customer relationship. While I don't think I will ever give-up my love for Cartier, I think I will give up on this location.
