Be cautious when ship with fedex. Do not ship to US with express service since parcels are subject to custom clearance and Fedex charges a lot extra for this service while delivery time is the same as ground. They are not telling you this to rip you off and there's no such as money back guaranted" as they advertise. So be wise not like me. I argued 25 minute with them over the phone with no help or refund. They are the worst freight service I ever used!"

Had to contact FedEx because they lost item somewhere between France and US. Still waiting for lost item, Canadian agent was kinda helpful in trying to find my item but I think I brushed off with a sorry about luck.

Terrible place to goto not friendly. Locker system is absolutely so bad, everyone trying to use it eventually has to go inside defeating its purpose.
