The installers just finished putting the film on the windows of my new house a couple of hours ago. They were friendly, fast, professional and did an excellent job. They explained what they were doing and why. Best of all they arrived on time!I arranged all of this through Stephanie Hammond who was also friendly, professional and thorough. She explained the options and the differences in the various films and the costs. A couple of e-mails later and the install date was set to suit me.This was an entirely pleasant experience. I can recommend APWindow Film with no hesitation at all.

Just got ours installed!The whole process was smooth sailing, right from the first call, to the shop visit, to the measurements taking, to the price quote and through to the installment!Stephanie, Helena and the installer (didn't catch the nice gentleman's name) were extremely friendly, responsive and accommodating to our requests!Would definitely recommend them to anyone, and would definitely use their services in future.

The installers were professional and quick. My only issue is with the sales team that provided reviews citing the the film will reduce the temperature in a room. In my case it made 0 impact in reducing the heat from sunlight. When I contacted them regarding this, they then blamed it on circulation etc. Maybe it is a circulation issue....but your sales team should say that up front and assess the room before installing. Also, after the install was done, there was lint on one window. This happens. My issue is that I had to threaten to call my credit card company for a refund before they would come to resolve it.

Horrible experienc, got a quote asked if this would void the warranty of my windows, was told no. They said they have insurance if anything happens. Window cracked not even 12 hours after install they came inspected. Blamed the window company, said the glass was chipped, said they would be back after the window company came. So this cost me over $500 with them and a new window became I had a film on it. Check with your window company if nee build. You will not be covered and APWindows will avoid you. GOOD LUCK

Well I have a large double patio door that was filmed at my house this morning. What a great company!. The customer service all the way through was simply amazing. The lady that came to measure was so nice and informed. Nathan was prompt to answer all email questions and the two installers that arrived this morning were great. They were helpful, professional, informative and just pleasant to speak with. The doors look fabulous and exactly what wanted. Customer service was definitely at an all time 5star. Thank you APW. I will refer you to all my clients :)

APWindow film was very professional and did a great job on the window frosting of my front door. I went with a block style design and on install, I loved that there was some flexibility where the installers were able to let me see how it was looking before cutting additional reveals. It's always hard to visualize these sorts of things, but they were really great. The installation was scheduled promptly and was very professional, clean, and timely. I highly recommend APWindow film.
