I have only positive things to say about Elysian Wellness Centre. The environment and staff are welcoming and Sara in particular has been amazing to work with. Sara has guided me through food sensitivity testing with her extensive knowledge in a compassionate and non-judgmental way. Life-style changes are hard work, but she gives me confidence that I will be successful. I highly recommend Elysian Wellness Centre.

First time visit for a massage and my RMT did a fantastic job. Listened to exactly what I was looking for and checked to make sure the pressure was good throughout. Facility was clean and the staff was friendly and I love that I can book online. I’ll be back!

I have been seeing Sara (dietitian) for 7 weeks now and couldn't be happier! Getting yourself back on track, health-wise, can be an overwhelming process - but the guidance and expertise received from Sara has truly been life-changing (trust the process!). She is knowledgeable, professional, kind and such a pleasure to work with. I thought this process would be intimidating, but she has made it so enjoyable: she answers all my questions and explains things so well and in simple terms. So impressed by this place, really a shining example of local business and how it should be run. I’ve tried several services with them, including the nutritionist and have always been impressed. The physiotherapy is what I come back for often as I’ve tried so many different places and have never stuck to one until I tried this place. Scheduling is a breeze, cancelling is reasonable, service is super friendly and the staff know their stuff. I actually drive far and past several other places just to go this Elysian because I appreciate the service that much. In a sea of mediocre mismanaged businesses, this place is a star.

My husband and I started seeing Sara 7 months ago to address and manage a complex health risk. The hope that we struggled to find in conventional medicine was provided by Sara who put us on a path to optimize overall health, reduce the effects of illness and treatment, and to mitigate the risk of recurrence. We highly recommend Sara and this clinic for health and wellness coaching that goes well beyond weight loss which she also helped us with. And she let our other family members attend sessions so that our adult children can understand and support our plan. We are ever grateful that we found Sara and this clinic whose staff have also been wonderful.

I contacted them a few months ago because I was in need to work with a registered dietitian in order to address a serious medical condition. I have been happy with the service all along. I was referred to Sara Awija, and she has been a pleasure to work with. She takes time to explain everything, answer any questions, and address things as they come up. After a few months of working with Sara regularly, trusting and following her plan, I am feeling much better. And my latest medical exams have shown that her recommendations and plan are working for me, as everything came back excellent. Thank you Sara and to all the team at Elysian Wellness. I have been seeing Yi for acupuncture and she is great to work with. She is very knowledgeable and adjusts treatment for what is needed or wanted. It has been helping and I've been feeling better as a result.

Elysian Wellness Centre is so wonderful! The staff are very kind and accommodating and all of my experiences have been great. I have been seeing Sara (dietician), and she has been so supportive, informative, and helpful. Mason (one of the massage therapists) is also great. I would highly recommend any of their services!

Elysian Wellness Centre is amazing! Professional and friendly staff, super clean quiet environment.I went for deep tissue massages, my therapist was Mason. He is very knowledgeable and a great listener … he understands pain. He provided great relief which allowed me to go on with my daily activities.
