I had my eyebrows threaded here and it was a great experience. I love how my eyebrows look, the employee was very attentive to the details and the service was overall amazing. I will definitely be returning and recommending people to get their eyebrows done here.

I had very good experience with this branch. She is very friendly and does her job effortlessly. I used to have teary eyes everytime I opt for threading so, I have not been doing it since I came to Canada.But the lady over there did it so lightly and made the brows shape as per my requirement.I loved their customer service, price and work as well. Will visit there every months.

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. My mother and I just came in an hour ago so that my mom could get her eyebrows waxed and tinted. Just by walking in the store looked very unorganized, the girl working there looked and sounded sick. She was sniffling the entire time and did not wash her hands at all and was not wearing a mask. She had waxed my mom’s eyebrows and had the tint setting in as she started waxing another customer. The customer had finished before my mom and had paid with money/change which the worker did not wash her hands after. We left and my poor mother’s eyebrows are so uneven and the tint is blotchy. Not sure what’s going on with this place but they need to get employees who know what they’re doing and know how to wash their hands. My mom just wanted to treat herself is that so hard? Management feel free to contact me!

Used to come here all the time in the past for my eyebrows and it was always great. This was my second time here in the past few months and both times they dropped wax in my hair and didn’t tell me. Totally understand accidents happen but to not say anything is not ok. Won’t return.

This is the first place I ever gotten my eyebrows waxed and it is the only place I have gone to for the last five years. My sisters and I are very particular about this location; we come specifically for the staff who work here. They are all very professional and kind, and they really take into consideration your face shape and which shape of brow would suit you best. In the five years that I've been coming here, I have never had any negative experiences. Service is quick and efficient and I always leave feeling so beautiful. I recommend the Sunrise Trade Secrets to all my friends and family. I even live in Ottawa for eight months of the year and will only get my eyebrows waxed or threaded here! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Today, I drove to here to get my eyebrows threaded. Store hours on the window and on Google say they open at 10 a.m. I showed up early, (9:55 a.m.), and waited. At 10:05 a.m., the employee opening shows up and goes in. So I wait another 10 minutes for her to turn the lights on. at 10:20, I walked up and tried to open the door. It was still locked. I looked in, and saw nobody. I am not impressed. Such a waste of time. If your store hours say you open at 10:00 a.m. you should be opening at 10:00 a.m. Otherwise, change your hours. Will not be returning.

I went here to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time, and it was amazing! The employee who helped me, Taraneh, was wonderful. She was extremely attentive, as well as friendly! My eyebrows also came out beautifully. Would definitely recommend!

This young, beautiful lady is my goto person for my eyebrows. She treats you so well. I have seen her handling other customers while waiting for my turn. Looks like she owns this place with the kind of heart she puts in.I have seen her maintaining her calm while a customer was being furious for no reason.I don't know where I would go if she isn't there.Thank you!
