The lowest option I had was one star. I would give it no stars. In store service was good enough. From that point on, the installation crew, with their lack of expertise, lack of social skills dictated how my hardwood floor was to be installed. The planks had wide gaps both horizontally and vertically, there were defects in the planks and they were installed anyway. Putty was placed on this newly installed floor to hide the installers errors. The installers came 4 times over a 7 month period. Very unacceptable. Both the intermediary and insurance company agreed that the floor would have to be replaced. It NEVER HAPPENED. All told, the installation of just under 400 square feet cost TD Insurance 14000.00+. I do not recommend this flooring company.

Un gros merci à votre équipe pour la rénovation de notre cuisine.Marie Ève pour ton écoute et nous diriger pour les choix de couleurs ,matério etc..Alek avec un K l'excellent travail pour notre dosseret et céramique très minutieux s'attarde sur des petits détails et il est d'une très grande patience.Et bien entendu M. Déry un ébéniste hors pair nous devions seulement peindre les armoires mais finalement avec ces judicieux conseils ont a tout refait. Bravo!La
