Thinking they should really update there hours online I am not happy me and my daughter walk from the west end to this place and ended up taking a walk Monday and there closed but not what the hours said only line, verry upset with the food support

Services are barely adequate. Staff acts like it's there little play house. None of staff act in professional manner.

Wow,so different from the church...Serving more there,had coffee,water...BIGGER portionsFOOD IS GREAT AT LUNCH TIME...DINNER,SO SONOW ?SMALLER portions,no coffee,small juice...No proper cutlery..OUTSIDE ?WOW....WHAT A SHAME..DRUGGIES,VAGRANTS,MESS...

As bad as the rep this place gets, I've never met more compassionate people ever..yes it has it share of bad moments but I believe the good they do totally outweighs the bad...for the naysayers, just imagine how things would be without places like the mission...ive been a client and I've been a volunteer and they have all my respect..

The first time I went there , they said they won't be able to issue card today. I again went after two weeks. After standing in the line , suddenly they said you came here two weeks ago so no grocery today.And gave me a list of docs to submit. Whereas other with passport got the goods and I was standing there helpless.If I had job , I would have never stood on that line.Don't think they consider people with kindness, they are more concentrated on people passport origin. As I am Asian, so no importance to my docs.Racist people

Has meals 3 a day.New location I feel is kinda cramped quarters.But all the services including bed for those in need . Meals. Out reach workers are all in one location now .Also has a food hamper service I have not checked out yet.
