These people up charge moving supplies. I rented truck scheduled to pick up from here and wanted to buy some boxes and other moving supplies. They up charge almost two times. I asked why and they said it is what it is. I ended up going to uhaul store near high street mall. So inconvenient. It ended up like 40% cheaper to buy from uhaul store.

Absolutely the worst experience ever!! The truck was disgustingly filthy! Had to clean all the windows before leaving! Said I could come in for my refund because she doesn't want to give Uhaul the 3% so does business differently than every other location. Uhaul then issued a chewue that would be 4-6 weeks no way! So spent an hour sorting that out to have her say come in and get it. Said I would be right there and had to be quick to pick up my Daughter ontime. She wasn't even in the office and wouldn't answer the phone. Had to wait 10 minutes for her! Then she did the refund and had me sign for it but at the end it said contract....well well the next day the took money back out of my account!!! When I called her she just claims wasn't me!! When it literally says Aldergrove Uhaul. She wouldn't give me the managers number daid one was on holidays and would have another call me. I'm still waiting for that call. THE ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Horrible place

Very fast to have everything in and out.

We rented a 6×12 enclosed trailer through Aldergrove Uhaul for 9 this morning. Was told they allowed a guy that had it to extend to 8:30 this morning. Needless to say it wasnt there. Then they say there is a flat deck trailer in Chilliwack that's the same size. So we say ok and my husband gets there only to find out it's a heavy duty one and exceeds towing capacity for our van on it's own, let alone our stuff. So now we have to settle on a 4×9 open trailer and have it back by 8 pm tonight instead of 9 am Monday that we originally wanted it for. Second time uhaul has screwed us over! Will NEVER rent from there again! The only reason why you got two stars instead of one is because the the Uhaul customer service agent Kathleen was really nice and did the best she could under the circumstances.

U Haul is a terrible company that will never see a cent of my money. What sort of business practice is it to make a customer who has full intentions to pay for their rental responsible for someone else's debt simply because that individual was used as a contact? Bad business practice is what it is. Bottom line, U-Haul left me high and dry for a debt that isnt mine.

Lost my keys in the truck while moving. They were kind enough to call me after they found them. Very much appreciate it.

We had a terrible experience with Uhaul and would not recommend them to anyone. Their screw ups cost us at least 2 hours of time which is a lot when you’re trying to move. And their “customer service” rep could not have cared less when we called to complain. I don’t appreciate hearing “what do you want me to do about it” when they’ve messed up.1) the lady at the Aldergrove pickup location was 20 minutes late, so we stood around waiting for her to show up.2) the truck that we reserved a month before was not there, so we had to wait for them to find another one.3) we had to drive out of our way to pick up the other truck they found and then were given the run around by them and sent to a third location, which then sent us back to the second location.4) my husband had to leave his car at the second location to pick up the truck but drop the truck off at the third location as there was only a key drop off there, so we had to send another car to take him back to his car after he dropped the truck off.Uhaul made our moving day even more stressful and cost us valuable time. They did give us back the $50 reservation fee but that was not enough in my opinion for the stress and loss of time they caused, as well as dealing with their unpleasant “customer support”.I will never use or recommend them again.
