The nurse we saw the first time I went was good with my kids. The receptionist unfortunately was very rude to the kids and us.The second time I went they failed to tell me they were out of the vaccine I was in for over the phone. This was a huge waste of my time. The nurse talked a little about what to expect where I was going, but nothing I didn't know already from a quick Google search. They still charged me $45 for the visit after offering me nothing and wasting my time.Go somewhere else.

My father visited for testing and they gave him better info about testing related to his flight because he booked an appointment 72hours earlier than his flight, but his international flight won’t be meeting 72hours ahead of his flight if he took a test as he booked. So, they told him to wait for a bit just to meet 72 hours before his international flight boarding time. He wasn’t aware of that testing 72hours ahead of his flight was international flight, not the flight he left our city. I’m happy that they helped him out really well. I appreciate their help for my father.

Victoria location - Terrible service, bad and snippy girls. I gave them my passport in a leather cover - they removed the cover but didn't return it to me. When I asked for it back they laugh at me saying they don't have it. They absolutely took no time to look for it - just brushed me off. I guess they really wanted to keep it. My passport has been in the case for over 20 years and have never been without it - Frustrating when you deal with dishonest people.

Rude, terse, condescending tone at reception and during consultation. I needed ant-imalarials and they would not recommend or prescribe the obvious, safe medication but only bad ones with severe side effects. Ended up not even getting the prescription needed. They also gave inaccurate information about the diseases in the place I was going, saying there was ZIKA VIRUS there when there had never even been a single case of Zika there ever. Pathetic. Will NEVER use again.

I had a good experience with the nurses here during two 2-step TST tests, but the front desk lady was rude and condescending to me when I forgot a mask. I have worked on the front lines of healthcare the last few years so obviously I know masks are required in medical facilities and there was no reason for her to speak to me how she did. Regardless of being another healthcare worker, I was also a paying customer and found her rudeness unnecessary and frustrating.

Tried to book an appointment for travel vaccination. While they were accommodative of the short notice for appointment but required credit card details including the expiry date and CVV over phone which in the age of frauds I was not comfortable sharing. Asked for option to pay online or do an interac transfer but was told CC is the only option - was forced to cancel. This is terrible!

I called in to this clinic because I had to get TB Skin Testing done for school on extremely short notice. I called other clinics but all one could do was leave a message, with nobody calling back for hours, offering appointments weeks away. I was very distressed with the prospects of completing this test in a timely manner but when I called TMVC I spoke to Laura who was absolutely lovely on the phone and said she would try to help me out. She connected with Vicki at the Victoria clinic and they fit me into their busy schedule. I couldn't believe my luck! The nurse and receptionist at TMVC were very kind as well. These people really went above and beyond for me and I'm really thankful.

Amazing staff and full array of vaccinations. Very knowledgeable consultant and fantastic nurses. A group of us went in and all had our shots with the nurse, then came time for our 5yo girl. She worked herself up and was very scared, upset, and squirmy to get her shots. The nurse decided it wasn't a good idea to complete them at that time, so we didn't. Fully respect the decision, the nurse was worried the needle could break or cause serious injury. They made arrangements for another nurse with loads of experience working with children and despite all of the squirming and crying got the job done. My daughter is now protected against some serious diseases when travelling. I highly recommend going here to learn of the risks for your exotic travels and ways to mitigate those risks.

We had a short notice trip and required a rapid antigen COVID test so we could travel.The scheduler on their phone number was excellent, extremely helpful, polite and professional!We were able to get our tests done on time, and they provide the paper result on site within the promised time.The staff were very helpful, patient and friendly!I would highly recommend them!Oh, and don't forget all the documents you need - like a passport :-0
