Normally Ok, but lately, we bough two 10$ barrels, and the chicken was overcooked, dry with almost no meat, and so salty that it was barely edible.

Disgusted, disappointed. Gravy watery no flavor, chicken burger mayo 3 pickles small portion of fries. Will definitely not recommend this KFC.

This is the WORST KFC I have ever been to. I just ordered for the last time. I placed an order online, said it would be ready in an hour, perfectly fine. So I send my boyfriend to go pick it up. When he got there, they hadn't even started making our order yet. THEY HAD AN HOUR. I forgot to tell my boyfriend to check the bag before leaving, as last time they forgot an item. Sure enough, when my boyfriend got in, I checked the bag and they forgot a sandwich. Our poutines barely had any gravy. The sandwich my boyfriend got was barely dressed.This has happened a few times now with this location. They can't seem to manage their time properly, and they can't seem to read properly either.Until they hire an actual adult who knows how to run the place, I won't be going back.

Honestly we ordered and we didn't receive our whole order and it's not the first time so this time I decided I will call complain politely hopefully they will bring what we were missing for once and on the phone they just kept on giving excuses we don't sell anymore macaroni salad how do you not sell it if it's an option online to buy it was one excuse after another the polite thing would have just been to say I'm really sorry but there's nothing much that I can do just a story would have been suffice and that's what I explained to them at the end of the conversation and they were just so rude I had to speak to three different people which I don't understand why and not one just said we're just sorry this is not the first time and now every time I will write a review

Watching someone eat what you ordered 15 minutes ago when they just walk in is not pleasant. Especially hearing them complain while we continue to wait for what should have been their order. Maybe it's because we were English?
