Renee is the absolute best lash tech I have ever seen been seeing he her 2 years now constantly. Highly recommend. The staff there are amazing always friendly. Knows there stuff.

I'm from grande prairie. I've used fabutan for years, always got good customer service. Would like to know what I need to bring? Towels, glasses, etc.

The only place I’ll go in Lethbridge for “red light” and tanning. Red light helped my “maskne” and the tanning is always relaxing and adds a little glow. Everyone is kind, professional, and informative.

Lacey and her staff treat you more than a friend than a client.....all the services they provide are awesome.....and there's a reason you should book in advance for their services...always busy....best salon in town !!!!!

The staff at this studio are the best. They are friendly and very helpful. The waiting room has recently been renovated. It is bright and airy with a nice little coffee bar.

I’ve been a customer for years. They don’t know how to problem solve or know what good PR is. As long as they’re taking your $$$ they’re happy but if you have a complaint or issue and you ask for the manager, you never hear back. Some staff are great, some need to understand that the customer’s $$$ is the reason they get a pay check. Will be going somewhere better.

Dishonest. I bought a monthly package on the former West side location then canceled after the 3 month lock in. They assured me it would all be taken care of. It was not, they continued charging without my knowledge. That location closed down shortly after, I’m assuming for good reason and the north side location apparently picked up my contract from there. When I called to resolve the issue the owner of the north side location essentially called me a liar and refused to refund me my money as their records were meticulously kept… clearly they are not. Don’t waste your money here. There are many MANY better and more affordable tanning salons.

I’m curious what Covid has to do with the decision to not supply your customers with towels as a default. Is that just a poor excuse in order to save on the laundry bill? I was informed afterwards that it is now up to the customers to ask for a towel. So after my tan when I went to go use the towel that is normally provided at all Fabutan locations even throughout Covid, I had to use my undershirt to dry myself off because THIS location chooses not to do so. If you aren’t automatically putting them in the rooms, wouldn’t it be commonsensical for your staff to offer them so that customers don’t have to put on their clothes on over their sweat? Just a thought.
