Kanokwan Thai Spa&Massage Victoria

Went Kanokwan Thai Spa a couple days ago desperate to get a massage as my lower back shoulders and hips were in pain. My husband comes here every few months and he called Kanokwan Thai Spa and they booked me in the same day for a 90 min massage. Angier was my Massage Practitioner and she was heaven sent! Every single knot was gone and I left rejuvenated and so relaxed. The massage is different from any traditional massage I received in the past and I loved that it is so effective. She paid attention to every detail and checked to see how I am doing which I appreciated so much. I like how she wiped the oil off with warm towels on each section she worked on which is a great touch since I hate leaving my massage appointments all greasy and cold. The stretch in the beginning is awesome as well - there is just so many good things to say!Overall my experience there is beyond excellent and I look forward to coming there more often. A strange experience. Booked a session as i had a sore back and shoulders. I'd never had a hot oil thai massage so wanted to try it. Went in and the lady started what seemed like a good massage. She suddenly stopped and said she had the wrong room" and left

Great spot for a reasonably priced, high quality massage! Me & my husband had been to Thailand many times and found their techniques so soothing & so we decided to try the local Thai massage here in Victoria and it was phenomenal. These ladies are experts ! We will definitely come back!

Had booked massage 3 days prior. Got to location and there is a number to call to open door. Owner acted" surprised I had appointment and I said you know I had booked. She then said she must have missed it as she was at her doctors now. Could we rearrange something. I said absolutely not. We are done. As my friend and i waited for our husbands to turn around and pick us up

This place is really hit and miss. Some of the girls that have been working there for years are great at Massages but something tells me they have a few randoms in there who do other services they use for fill ins on massages who shouldn't be so 50% of the time you get someone who doesn't know what they're doing when you want JUST a good massage and it's a waste of money. Years ago they were all spectacular before they went astray....

we really really enjoyed our Facial. they used multiple products that felt great and also included hand and foot massage while the face masks set which was an added bonus. the price is very reasonable compared to other spas in Victoria. unfortunately I can't rate it a 5 because scheduling was very difficult and they had to cancel our initial booking until a later date. Besides that it was superb and we will return.

The masseuse had her phone out and on during a couples massage and the owner will not pick up or respond to any of my calls about this concern. It is absolutely unacceptable to have anything that takes photos while people are in a vulnerable position. This is deeply concerning. Do NOT get a massage at this spa. It was a horrific experience once we realized how exposed we were.
