Best customer service I've received from a bank. Called last minute for an appointment and they managed to fit me in the same morning. Very generous and friendly customer service and I got everything I needed sorted out quickly and effectively

It was fineNot much more to add it's a bank I don't really care about clients I care about their bottom dollars I had to wait a long time to get my things that I want it resolved but it took almost 3 hours

This location never answers it's phone. Its extremely frustrating, I don't want to leave a voicemail every time I call and wait for a call back.

We had a wonderful experience with Adam Fleming. We went to open a new bank account and he was extremely nice to us. He made sure that we completed each step very very carefully and also gave us a lot of other helpful suggestions.

It states open on Saturday. But it is 3pm and the branch is closed. I understand its due to Covid but very inconvenient to not have an update on their site!

Employees including brach manager are rude and not helpful. Don't waste your time with this location.

Great Place Love Going To Westgate Mall For My Banking Cause My Bank Is TD Bank And It's Much Closer And More Convenient For Me To Get Too And They All Know Me And My Needs Especially My Health Situation And Help Me Out. They Are Quick To The Customers And Are Friendly Treat There Customers With Respect As Well. Highly Recommend To Come To Westgate Mall Especially That They Are Open To The Public For Your Banking Needs.

First They Never answer their phone. I have to call more than 5 times to speak with person.I have accounts with for very very long time because I liked their quick & efficient services. However, I have been trying to book an appointment to open a new investment account at Westgate branch, Ottawa. The person on phone has said that they don't have an appointment for today & this is 3 times in a raw. I asked the representative explaining the situation over the phone to help me out or I will have to another bank to open an account and she said ok sir. I & my wife both have accounts at TD and now I will have to change them to Scotia.Do not change the way you have been serving so far otherwise You will be losing many more customers.Thank you kindly for your past good services.

Not a lot of traffic here and super fast service! Not to mention the friendliest staff. Ask for Sherry for the best service, she’s my financial accountant!
