We've used Chris many times over the years. He's quick to reply to a text enquiry, he shows up on time and with the necessary equipment to complete the projects efficiently, and is also fast to send an invoice and subsequent receipt once you've paid him. Work is done well, and he looks to help out / add value (for example, we had a leaking Delta faucet, and he connecting with the supplier as it's guaranteed for life and got us a brand new kitchen faucet...it was awesome!) Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Watts Plumbing. Chris was punctual, polite, and most importantly professional. I hired him two years ago to install our dishwasher and bathroom faucet and was very impressed. I didn't hesitate to hire him again to install 3 toilets and another bathroom faucet. He arrived on time ready to work, and noticed it was garbage day. He quickly removed all three old toilets and got them to the curb for me in time for garbage pickup. I really appreciated his speedy work and effort so they would be taken away the same day. He worked efficiently and completed the job in a timely manner. I will most certainly be hiring again for any future plumbing needs.

We were referred to Watts Plumbing and so glad we were. He was very responsive in return email and getting out to see the job to rough in plumbing and install a shower pan for our bathroom renovation and provide an estimate. This is the second time we have called Watts and always get great service and very professional. Highly recommend for normal household plumbing needs which is what we required but are sure Watts could undertake larger projects as well.

Had an issue with intermittent hot and cold water. Chris was really knowledgeable right from first phone call. He was informative about what the issue was and replaced the mixing valve quickly. Friendly and professional throughout, would not hesitate to call him for any other plumbing problems!
