Chris counseled me after a series of medical issues left me debilitated, not just physically, but mentally and spiritually too.After chatting with him remotely (I'm in the States), I was awakened to a different mindset when it comes to connecting my history of past trauma to the physical symptoms I experience today.Through a series of thought exercises, Chris taught me how to overcome lingering stress related to the trauma, and localize the current pain within me, in order to heal myself organically.I don't want to give anything away, so instead I will advocate that anyone reading this in search of a greater state of *being* should link up with Chris asap!!!
