Vision Center At Walmart

I have been shopping at Walmart Vision Centre going on 2 years. I could hardly believe all the great selections along with the pricing and quality; above all very friendly, professional team. From the optometrist, opticians and sales associates they made picking out 4 pair glasses 2 pair sunglasses, one pair were ultra light clip on magnetic with a dozen or more personalized frames to choose from; they are my favourites. I golf, fish and believe you me I’ve had every high end polarized sun glass on the market and Bio-eyes stand up to them all at a fraction of the price so my hat is off to Walmart Vision Centre. Thank-you, to the optometrist, thank-you to the manager/optician Chanel and the rest of the team. Sorry I don’t recall the other’s by name; senior fault, ha! , but I do recall getting excellent service and quality so don’t forget when you need new glasses, adjusting or you just want to browse, don’t forget to check out Walmart Vision Centre for all your vision needs. I have gone to Walmart for years for eyewear. A couple of days ago I took my grandson’s glasses to LensCrafters to be repaired. (I had received a free pair for him through a program). They wouldn’t fix them because they had already been repaired once. They told me I could pay for the frames and they would give me them for half price (139). I told them I would be going to Walmart where I could get them much cheaper (18) for the same frames. Walmart rocks.

I purchased a pair of glasses from the Walmart Vision Centre. Every single time I have gone in to request an adjustment there is only a sales rep" who can tighten the screws but not adjust the arms with the heat machine. My glasses constantly fall off my face and each time I have gone in to have them tightened there is no one to help. Because they constantly fall off my face

The new manager optician here is amazing, she helped me with my old broken glasses that I purchased somewhere else and even booked me an eye exam so I was able to get new glasses from her within a couple weeks. Definitely recommend.

Chanel and Alenteena went above and beyond to help my husband. We were on vacation and my husband’s glasses fell into the St. Lawrence River. He cannot see without them. Both Chanel and Alenteena were kind and courteous and were able to outfit my husband so that he could get home safely. Thank you for caring and your fabulous service! Beth

We were staying in the Kingston area back in early May 2023. We live over 5 hours away and had an unfortunate accident with my glasses. We took the glasses to the Vision Centre in Kingston Walmart Supercentre and was greeted by a beautiful young blonde lady who warmly greeted us, listened to my situation and said she would make an attempt at repairing the break. Within 10 minutes she was back with the glasses repaired. I was happy to pay a repair bill to which she replied “no need, just give us a review”. If I could have given 6 stars for value I would have! Thank you so much! You saved us a lot of headache away from home!

Just wanted to say thank you to the Team at the vision center ! I haven't had a chance to get new glasses since before Covid and they helped me pick out a funky new pair of frames and fit me into contacts for the first time. Everyone is friendly and professional!

Just moved to the area and wanted to have glasses done for my husband and I. We decided to try the vision centre and oh boy are we happy we did! Not only were we greeted by a lovely young lady named Alenteena but we were also helped by the manager Chanel whom gave us some really great suggestions! These two ladies went above and beyond with helping us choose out our new glasses. They helped my husband choose the nicest pair of glasses and he now looks 10 years younger. Their customer service is nothing but outstanding and incredible. Last , two times i got my glasses from them. They act according to the customer needs , provides excellent choice of eye lenses and contacts.
