Loved it. I ordered two Goldfish back in February, and I was a little scared of ordering fish online, especially because they shipped through a third party (FedEx), but I was not disappointed. Both fish are happy and loving their new tank. I would highly recommend Aquarists Across Canada.

Thanks Billy and staff. I received my two African leaf fish today. I was disappointed with Fed X though. It said on their site that my shipment would be at their site at 5 pm. I phone twice throughout the day and their automatic voice system said it will be delivered at 5. When I went there, the clerk said the fish were there early in the morning ! So all day long they were sitting there and they never contacted me. Lucky the fish were ok. They are in the tank hiding, so will look for them in the morning. That being said, Aquarist across Canada is great. The package arrived in good condition. The fish were in a warm area, thanks to 3 heat packs. Two days in the tank and they are healthy and eating. Anyone who wants to get any kind of fish. This is the place to purchase from. Once again thanks. Jack

Absolutely amazing service! Extremely well packaged, I live in an extremely cold climate, they went over and beyond on the packaging and all my fish showed up healthy. They are very quick to respond to any questions or concerns, highly recommended!

I recently purchased 4 fish.Red spotted severum, golden severum, wild green severum and an electric blue jack dempsey. I called a few times as this was my first time buying fish thus way. Billy was very helpful and patient with me.They came all the way to Ontario, and they all arrived in perfect condition. Tks so much for all your help

I feel very lucky that Aquarists Across Canada exists. It hasn't always been the easiest to source certain fish from local fish stores, but it's great to have an online seller within the province.I've ordered shrimp, snails, and fish from them. Everything is double bagged, put inside a Styrofoam shell for warmth and protection, and packed inside a cardboard box after that. When it was colder weather they added heat packs. They have shipping live stock down pact! However, one time FedEx failed to deliver to my door when I was home, so just know that you may run in to delivery annoyances like that because of FedEx. So not a mark against the seller.The only con I have to say is the website filters. I wish there was a way to filter out Sold Out" items on the site/app. It's kind of a pain when you're looking for something in stock and there's tons of sold out items to scroll through. I don't mind it a few times as I can see what they have carried in the past

Amazing!! Will be purchasing again.First, all the fish arrived healthy and by the next day. Everyone was packaged carefully and extra safe to prevent leaking. Second, when Billy was getting the order ready to ship he called me directly to apologize for some being out of stock and offered me alternatives at no additional cost. Amazing customer service and beautiful, healthy fish. I’m so happy I tried ordering from here to know I’ll be doing it over and over again!

Very excited to meet my new fish coming from Aquarist Across Canada. Tanks are all setup and planned out from the gorgeous selection provided here. My first orders came impeccably packaged, in great health condition and everyone has settle in very well so far. Choosing to stock my tanks from this site was an easy choice! I highly recommend and I will be back, once I shift around some more furniture and cycle some new tanks, ahah! Thanks for all the swimmers!

I never order on line and exotic fish at aquarist Canada. My experience is the great and love the fish I received. Though I lost one fish due to miscommunication and handling on fedex end but all is gone to see healthy and active consignment of fish. I am guided by aquarist rep on claim process.I no time fish were acclimated and discovering there new home.Thanks Aquarist

I’m new to the hobby and was looking for a red bristle nosed pleco that the website said they were out of stock. I sent a message to their Facebook page asking when they we’re getting new stock (not expecting them to have the time to respond as they are quite in demand) but was pleasantly surprised when they went out of their way to answer any questions I had and on a holiday at that! I had a few friends recommend them as the “go to” place on the west coast for fish and after my experience with them I can now see why. I’m picking up my pleco in a few days and couldn’t be happier about it.
