After a small accident that saw my 2018 Nissan sandwiched between two cars, I took it to Clark Autobody.I picked them because they were conveniently located not too far from home. This small detail was nothing compared to the great service and the quality of work they did on my car.They are a friendly bunch of guys and quickly made me feel at ease. They explained me the ICBC process and gave me a courtesy car to drive home and keep for as long I my car was being repaired. The repair took a little longer than expected due to the global disruption of supplies and materials. Besides, waiting two weeks wasn’t bad at all.After picking up my car I noticed the seat belt sign on the dashboard. I found this odd because the damages from the crash were purely cosmetics and on the bumpers.After a couple of days the sign was still showing some source of malfunctioning and that’s when I decided to call the garage. I was told to bring the car in for inspection.Soon after arriving, Paddy came out with a computer and began checking the system. It took him about 30 minutes to run the tests and reset the seat and belt buckle sensors…and voilà, it was fixed.I am extremely happy and satisfied with the work done on my car and for the extra-mile Paddy went to fix the seat belt issue. This is why I am writing this review and to recommend Clark Autobody for their wonderful service.

I had an ICBC claim that was handled by Clark Autobody in Burnaby, BC. This auto repair shop really done the work right, and immediately repaired my car back to the best shape, and at the same time, I got to use their Curtesy Car. It was my first time using their service, and I think I will recommend my friends and family to use them as well. Thanks Mike for the quick turnaround!

I really appreciated Clark Autobody's work to repair the front fender of my car. They did excellent work. They went above and beyond my request for the work by also repairing a border on the other side of the car that had lifted off by re-attaching it to the car. I deeply appreciated them offering to return the car to me. Timely repair as well and very reasonable price.

Just picked up my van from Clark Autobody and I was shocked to see how good of a job they did at replacing a heavily damaged sliding door, trim and wheel well. I'm not joking, it honestly looks much better than before it was damaged! The level of detail was incredible and communication clear and effortless--drop off the van, take the loaner car and we'll be done by Friday! Not only were they true to their word but they even had the car cleaned inside and out. Can't recommend Mike, Matt and the others to you enough!

Other body shops were giving estimates of 6-8 weeks for repaira. Clarks FINISHED it in 2 days with great quality. Fair charge and great service.
