I called here 1week ago. I got they're 10 minutes early..my apt was at 530 they closed at 7 ii was told. I WASNT TAKEN FOR 45 MINUTES!!(I watched Sarah chat and laugh with a Regular though).when she did have me she rushed the job.and did not speak. Didn't sterilize anything.yelled and slammed the table and said you know how hard I worked when I asked for them cut shorter..charged me 70$for a new ACRYLIC set with shellac and 6.gemsSHOULD HAVE BEEN 45$ PLUS THE GEMS and the chunks and pivots outs of the nails cuz she didn't do them right at at all I've been getting my nails done 18yrs you know when 1minute filing with each drill ain't right PLUS I ASKED FOR COFFIN SHAPE. She was so ignorant it's still upsetting especially cause I payed for her her to do so She only got nice at the end when wanting pics for her Instagram..you can tell she feels she doesn't need your business or its cuz she ran it so close to closing

Went here for my wedding nails. Worst experience ever. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in my life. Asked Sarah to reshape one nail because the tip was completely crooked and I thought to myself “they’re your wedding nails, don’t be afraid to speak up if you’re not happy”. Well, big mistake and proves exactly why everyone is always so afraid to ask. She freaked, refused to reshape it, would not speak to me, started putting acetone on my nails after JUST using bond aid. Her attitude completely shifted and I truly felt like she was now going to purposely sabotage my nails. She then hollered for her husband, whom which (after exchanging a few words in their own language) stood over me and watched intently as she do the rest of my nails. If I had more time to get my nails done elsewhere, I would have got up and walked out immediately. It was so incredibly uncomfortable and all because I asked her to reshape one nail to which she responded “no, I’m not done”. Ok, 4 days later and two nails have broken off. Absolutely wild experience. I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years and I’ve never had someone react this way to a simple request. Am relatively new to this area and will not be returning here. My mind is blown.Edit: response from salon assumes no accountability in my opinion and diverts/creates excuses. Use this salon at your own risk. Day 11 and I am down to 5 nails remaining. I was on vacation but now that I've returned, I will be going to a DIFFERENT salon to have my nails repaired.

I had high hopes for this salon, after looking at the pictures and reviews. I needed a new set and they charged me a hundred bucks, but my nail broke one week in and it couldn’t be repaired immediately because it was bleeding and I had to wait for it to grow out! When I finally went to get my nails redone at a different salon (one that I trust entirely) the nail tech asked me very sincerely if I previously had them done at professional nail salon and said that they were “a mess”. Very disappointed. Will not come back.*EDIT*In response to owner's comment: Wish you had some of that professionalism when we were there. :)

Sarah did an amazing job on my nails for gard and she was super nice! Will definitely be coming back!

Got my nails done n they were exceptional the art they did was phenomenal I love them n they last till fillings no breakage nice strong durable the ppl there are absolutely amazing n friendly make u feel welcomed as if u were going to have coffee at families for an hour

Angela is always gentle and kind with my fiancée’s nails. Angela makes you feel welcome and she knows what she’s doing!

I went to get bio gel, and tbh, they didn't turn out the way I imagined. Partly because my nails weren't long enough and partly because I wanted a natural nail bed color, and it was a bit too white for my liking.Either way, when I got there, I had my nails done by Sarah herself, and she was the sweetest nailtech I've ever had. I really enjoyed the experience, even though the nails didn't turn out exactly how I wanted. So I called back to explain, and they let me come back in the very next day to fix it. I'm definitely more satisfied now, and they were very kind about it. I felt bad because I don't like to put people out of their way, but they were very patient and accommodating with me. I would definitely recommend going there because they truly prioritize customer satisfaction!

Really happy with how my nails turned out. Went in to remove some biogels I had done at another salon and they convinced me to get a fill but I was worried about length. Angela made sure I was happy with the nails throughout the process and gave me exactly what I was looking for. The result was a very clean and professional look that are still sturdy and functional. Decent price and very kind service. Definitely recommend them.

I just got my first service done here today and I loved the experience! I have never felt so pampered at a nail salon. My nails turned out so gorgeous and so did my toes. You can really tell they want to give the best customer experience. I will be back for sure!
