Great vibe, very friendly and helpful staff. Parking is limited but available around the block or meters in front. Well worth the wait.

Went to Dundas to inquire about how to do several services without my huband who has mobility issues. Not only did they give me the wrong info but neglected to provide some important info so when I arrived three days later they couldn't do the transactions. To add insult to injury they gave me the wrong form back for him to sign so when I went to Waterdown they couldn't help me either.Not worth the parking meter costs or your time to go here.

Amy and her team were great- i was in and out so quickly and it was service with a smile- usually doing government-related stuff can be stressful and boring but I had a very pleasant experience here! Will be making the trip to dundas service ontario from now on
