Bought several pinball machines off John. Also bought a table top video game with 60 games that gets lots of use. Had a jukebox practically given to me and Alex his main man came out and got it working. Anytime I need a hand or feel like dropping in I make a call and the staff is more than helpful. Even though I have not dealt with John this year I still appreciate his help and friendship

John helped me tremendously with purchasing my first ever pinball machine (I've dreamt of owning one for well over 30 years!). You don't find customer service like this often anymore (I mean this in a good way, of course!). John was more than happy to address all my concerns very quickly (by phone or e-mail). I purchased a used machine off of him but you wouldn't be able to tell by looking at it. The item came in amazing shape, packaged just like a new pin. Truly a pleasure to purchase from and I hope to purchase from again soon. I wish I lived closer to Vancouver. Keep on rockin' John! >:)

Just had my old pinball 1952 Chicago coin big hit"pinball machine fixed by john and his team i am very happy with the great service and reasonable rates .My machine works well i would recommend anyone who needs to get a machine serviced go to him or if your looking at purchasing one he seems to have lots of arcade/pinball machines on hand.Thanks Brian and family"

I confess that I haven’t done business with John’s Jukes or Flippers.com. My comments predate these businesses. I went to high school with John at NSS (a considerable time ago). John was a guy who always knew, or learned how, to make things work. At the time “strobe lights” were an exciting, and expensive, invention. John assembled for me a frequency controllable strobe light from a fluorescent tube. I was not one of the “cool kids” but suddenly I felt like one.It isn’t surprising that John went into this kind of business. What is surprising is that ANYONE has succeeded in it for decades.Congratulations John. I’m glad that life has worked out for you. I suspect you are cooler than some of those “cool kids” now.

This guy absolutely sucks!!! I tried to get some technical help over the phone and he avoided my questions. We ended the call after John informed me that he has a business to run and if he can't make money from our conversation than it wasn't worth his time to help me. I only called him after reviewing a post he made on selenium rectifier replacement and I had questions. What a JERK this guy is and doesn't deserve to be kept in business, besides that, his parts and services are extremely overpriced!

Got cut off by this guy driving on Marine Drive. He was in a white van marked John's Jukes. I had to brake hard to avoid a collision. To top it off, he opened his window and flipped me off. He's got to be a special kind of arrogant man to do something like that in his company van. He also needs to learn the rules of the road, like yielding to vehicles beside him when changing lanes.

I am a 26+ year experienced pinball collector.As many can attest in the collector community, Mr. John Robertson and his technical team provide both quality restored games, parts, and service.There is a reason why he has been in business for over 30 years.You should not hesitate to purchase games from his company.

Thank you for your great service and very qualified technician. He got our pinball machine up and running but had a little trouble with our slot machine, which he did not know to much about butgave it a gallant try.I wasn’t expecting him to be able to fix it but like I said he tried.Will call for any other repairs.

This is my happy place. I found very specific fuses here for my San Francisco Rush machine that I couldn't find anywhere else even after checking with 4 separate electronic supply wholesalers. Should've just come here first!

John, Alex and their team overhauled my 1974 Williams Strato Flite 4 player pin ball machine from Dec '16 to Feb '17. They did a GREAT job ! The game is much improved ! They were a pleasure to deal with. Because they are so unique, there is a waiting list for repairs!In June '17, I had a minor (but annoying) ball counting" problem occur. John took the machine back for immediate repair
