Worst experience. I have visited this store for upgrades for over 15 years. April 2023, I return to the store to return 2 up front edge phones. iPhone 12 Pros. The lady that greeted us said that Rogers would not take one of the phones back, based on one scratch on the front glass. She also could not even provide me a receipt as proof that i returned one phone. She said I could take a photo of her holding it, as proof. WOW, classy operation. Based on that experience, I left to shop my 3 lines around. When I confirmed that Rogers was still the best rates, I returned to the store, originally to just pick up my phone and buy it out. I was told they had already shipped it off and it had left the store. So now I figured that I would upgrade to the iPhone 14 pro. The staff member went into the back and got one, not the colour I requested, but came back with one. The staff member then informed me that the phone was quite expensive and that i would need to put half the money down. I asked why? They didn't feel comfortable because of my repayment history. I have 3 lines and carry a zero balance. I lost it. I left the store and will never return. Every staff member i interacted with seemed like they were either brand new and not trained properly or running some kind of side hustle. I called Rogers and reported AIr Source. Rogers assured me that none of the things they told me were accurate and apologized. I ordered the phone on line through Rogers directly, it arrived the next day in the colour i originally wanted. No deposit required. I also turns out, they would have taken my wife's phone back too. I wanted to support a local business and have my phone in hand the same day. But not at the expense of terrible service. 15 year customer lost.
