Very friendly service! I had had somewhat of a bad experience at the Billings location years ago, so I was hesitant to visit this Main St location. I'm glad I did- Thanks to Khodr, I was able to receive two pairs of glasses the day before my business trip. :)

My family and I have visited Laurier Optical on Main Street on several occasions for various services and have been impressed with their courteous and rapid services each time. Living in the neighborhood, we particularly enjoy their after-sale services as their employee kindly fixed our glasses ( lost screw or any adjusting) on the spot at no charge. Many thanks!

The service was excellent. Who helped us, Khochr, was patient and advised us on the lenses and keep the frame. My husband and I used to go to the Billings Bridge store and the service was never the best. It felt like they were doing us a favor. Every time, with the explanation that they needed to keep the frame for 3 weeks, we always bought another one. It did not happen on main street. We have the glasses that when the lenses are ready, we will need to leave the glasses there for an hour.

I highly recommend this store, especially with Khedr's exceptional customer service. All my visits at Laurier Optical have been outstanding experiences. Khedr always goes above and beyond to assist me; he is incredibly helpful, fixing my glasses in no time with his expertise and skill. Not only that, but his friendly demeanor makes the entire experience enjoyable.

The location is perfect for us. It is not very busy and I was served quickly. I found 2 pairs of glasses that I like and was able to buy new lenses for my old pair of sunglasses. A few days later, I had my 3 pair of glasses. The optician knew who I was right away when I picked them up. i am happy with the service and I can now see clearly with my new glasses!
