Before I was with the old owner of this place then the new owner Jason came over and.....He is doing a high quality work what I really prefer and with confidence bring my the most expensive footwear for repair.Please find some attached photos of his excellent work.

Worst customer experience EVER!!!!My dad had to make a copy of his keys, when he got back home the key that this guy made for him, couldn't open the door. My dad is an old man over 75 years old not very healthy, and English is not his first language. Had to go back and to ask this guy tofix. This man just took and advantage of my old Dad by telling him that the key that he made was to short, but the longer key cost more so my Dad needs to pay again the full amount, NOT to add the difference!!! As if it was my Dad's fault that this guy made a mistake. When my dad asked my sister to speak with him, maybe there is a misunderstanding... Language gap... This guy just started to swear at my sister over the phone, hanged up and sent my Dad away in a very rude way. Yes it's only $4 but the way my Dad was treated is beyond any words that can be tald.

BE WARNED!!!!This man has serious anger management issues and assaults people. From reviews below it seems it's how he deals with customers. How has he not been charged with assault and shut down.This is Canada , we treat people like human beings.RISK GOING IN THERE AT YOUR OWN RISKVERY RUDE

The worst experience I ever had! Destroyed my expensive shoes and said it not his fault. He said that nobody will care about it Beside me and refused to fix the problem( because the problems he made couldn’t be fixed). I promised what I said is all real and just happened! He even try to use a tool to hurt me!! The worst attitude I ever seen. AGAIN DON’T COME HERE!!!btw if you want to contact me feel free to send me email, i will be real happy to see you apology.

Jason is so good. he fixed my favourite leather bag, gave it new life, and re upholstered and replaced the heels of my vince camutos. Thanks Jason!!! Fast, reasonable and super friendly

5-star rating not exaggerated! Shop owner very efficient and pleasant. Tells you ahead of time approx. cost and doesn't gouge. When I picked up everything it was actually LESS than he estimated. Highly recommend!
