Excellent experience! I have had many visits to 4elements and every single time has been awesome! From the moment I walk through the door, The staff are very friendly and approachable. My massage therapist has been very helpful with my tension and back issues. Would highly recommend to anyone that goes or is thinking about going for a massage.

I had a deep tissue massage with Alex and she was AMAZING. Hands down the best massage I have ever had. The environment is so welcoming and all the staff are very friendly. Overall great experience.

I started going about 2 years ago for massages. Because I book online with dates and times in mind, I have had several different massage therapists. I have never had a bad experience with any of them. The receptionists have always been wonderful, the facility is clean. It's great!

I went for my first appointment with them today, and everyone there was fantastic! The RMT Kessa was excellent, and was very thorough in discussing the problems I've been having. During the massage she was great about checking in on how it was feeling, which was very much appreciated. I walked out feeling so much better! I only went for a 30 minute massage first, but I will definitely be back for a longer massage soon! Thanks again!

Over the past 5 years, every experience my wife and I have had, has been beyond phenomenal, with any of 4 Elements skilled therapists, and the front staff. Our favourite massage therapists Alex and Ariana are always super friendly and very knowledgeable. They take the time to ask questions to ensure that our treatment is tailored to our current needs. The addition of Danielle for physiotherapy has been amazing. Whenever someone asks about where to go for a great massage, 4 Elements is our only response.

Professional and very clean establishment. Ashley is always warm and welcoming. Lisa and Alberto provide a fantastic massage. They are very knowledgeable and provide a wonderful experience around your needs/injury. The 4 Elements website provides a description of the talented team for you to choose from. Defenitely someone for everyone.

Such a great environment! I usually see Lisa, she is a lovely human and gives a great massage! I started coming for prenatal massages, which are amazing, and I just keep coming back! I have seen other people a couple times and they have all been good! 100% recommend!

My fiance gave me a gift card for Mother's Day to 4 Elements as I've been previously and always been impressed with the multiple massage therapists I've seen. This massage was with Jackie and it was just what I needed.
