I was a member of TEC for over 7 years as a newly minted CEO. The speakers that were presented each month broadened my horizons while simultaneously sharpening my focus on the business. What makes them outstanding is that the chairpeople responsible for each group ensures that you stay committed to a plan with goals and priorities all year long.TEC was my board of advisors but they actually care about you as a person. They were my shoulder to lean on and an opportunity to leverage my skills by helping the other members of the group. Any CEO with a healthy dose of self awareness would benefit greatly from joining TEC Canada!

Administrators at this company should take lessons from their own mentors. Very poor customer service. In fact, they don't care at all about customers, they ignore them completely.
