Absolutely not what i asked for whatsoever. Got a terrible uneven fade with terrible blending from long hair to short when i asked for a trim. Was trying to grow my hair out and now i have to go get another haircut to get it fixed. WIll never be attending again.

I asked for a very simple haircut and a very common one on a military base (sides cut with trimmers and top shortened), however instead of managing to properly cut the sideburns the hairdresser managed to take a large chunk of hair out just above my ear. Completely unacceptable especially for such a basic haircut. This place very much just rests on its laurels and the fact that military members need to get frequent haircuts. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Im getting realy sick and tired of getting off at 4 and finishing up at work so i can get there before 5pm when they close and they seem to turn the sign at 430 to sweep and clean and then close. Their sign should reflect proper business hours since the last 30 mins arent hours towards busines. I want a simple military style haircut. .5 on the sides and clean up the top.. it always takes me 10 mins in and out. Now i have to ask my job to get off before 4... so i csn make the 5 mins drive before they close at apparently 5pm.

My husband always goes there and the Julie lady is always miserable , haves no personality and never smiles. If she doesn’t like her job she should maybe retired. She should at least respect her clients as if was not for them she will not have a job. Also extremely rude , maybe learn customer service.
