I have been with this company for over two years. They have very knowledgeable, friendly staff (Dominion's on Blackmarsh Road). They have taken care of me when I got a bad cellphone. Their rates are affordable. I will continue to bring my business there for the foreseeable future. A shout out to Sam the Man (Sam Kennedy)!!!

Fantastic Shop! I've been with Bell for almost 10 years and Telus for almost 2 years, but one stop to the mobile shop and they showed me how much money I could save by switching to PC Mobile!! I brought my iPhone with me and they hooked me up for $38/month with pay per use data... thats $6.00 for each GB of data! PLUS, it's the same network as what Telus and Bell uses so I always have great reception!!!!! My phone bill was almost $100 every month and now it is usually around $50 including taxes!! I couldn't believe the difference and I want to thank the guys at the Mobile Shop for making the switch. They were the first mobile guys I came across that genuinely wanted to help me out as opposed to selling me some plan that would cost $90/month. Now, I have my two sisters and parents switched over to PC Mobile as well and now they are enjoying the savings. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go to this store to get hooked up!

The worst service I’ve ever experienced. Went in while the customer was dealing with someone else, waited off to the side. I was waiting at least 15 minutes. Wasn’t greeted once. Wasn’t even acknowlegded that I was in the store. I was ready to buy a new phone. I left and went to another store in the area where I felt sooo very welcomed as soon as I was in the store.If you’re looking to get a new phone, don’t even waste your time by stopping here. Go to the Mount Pearl location instead, they deserve your commission there way more anyways.

I walked nearly 3 km from my home to get there. The shop is located at dominion shopping mart at checkout counter. I want help with my sim card. The guy was very humble and kind to guide me but couldn't help me.

Did not have much interaction in the store as I was only dropping in to get a sim card to set up a plan online but the guy that I did speak to for a moment was nice and welcoming and even gave me a free sim

The people working here only care about making commission, they are overworked and have no patience. Today I experienced the rudest service from the guy with an English accent. When asked about how many gigabytes in my package he said don’t push me. Unbelievable.

Deals are nice but it took 20 minutes to be served. We waited and were told we would be seen soon but the guy saw three other customers that came in after we did before getting to us.
