I LOVE this place! It's immaculately clean and the service is wonderful. If that weren't enough, the decor is super fun and refreshing - definitely not your typical snooze-fest spa. My pedicure was fantastic and I would definitely recommend THE TEN SPOT West Kelowna!

I think this is the worst experience of any spa I’ve ever been to. Firstly, I was told there’s no way to upgrade your membership except cancelling and redoing it which I find ridiculous. Secondly, when I decided to get laser hair removal here they didn’t explain that the 10% membership discount doesn’t apply to the prepaid package. I had to figure it out on my own after I’d already paid. Finally, I wasn’t informed that I had to shave prior to my laser appointment. No one told me when I made the appointment and it wasn’t in the confirmation email either. Maybe it was in the checklist that was included in the email but that link led me to a broken page so I wouldn’t know. Instead, I was sent home from my appointment to shave and come back. My husband called to complain about it and was told by the manager that she would get the owner to call. Ten minutes later i received a notification that my appointment was cancelled. No warning, just cancelled. I’m incredibly upset and frustrated by the whole experience and highly recommend avoiding this place.

I had a pedicure and brows done today by Lauren. This is a wonderful pedicure and I am so happy with it. She also did my brows and they are perfect. Lauren is professional, very skilled, and friendly. Ten-spot is very clean and relaxing. Thank you! I will be back

I have had a great experience coming for brow waxing over the years, and recently added lash lift/tint to my services. I continue to be blown away!

Lauren is also such a gem! She works so quickly and makes the whole experience comfortable and painless considering! Thank you for always being so great ❤️❤️

Great mani and pedi, but also super helpful when I screwed up my booking, they found a way to squeeze in both services. I will definitely return!

Went in for a shellac and regular pedicure with my mom for a nice relaxing girls day and decided to give The Ten Spot a try! Most of the staff were very inviting and pleasant to deal with, although it was hard to decipher who worked there since there is no real dress code or name tags for the staff. The salon was very clean. The service on the other hand was done very quick and poorly. The aesthetician I had missed the scrub part of the pedicure which I didn’t realize until I had seen my mother and another lady beside me get done. Also, the buffing of the bottoms of both my feet weren’t fully done as once I got home they were still rough in places. The massage was short. The service felt rushed and wasn’t anything special for the price. We were pretty disappointed leaving. We gave it a try thinking highly of the salon but sadly will not be going back. If you’re looking for an amazing pedicure and salon, I suggest going to UNI Nails and Spa!

Love this place! Love the quality standard you can rely on + most importantly the staff ! Everyone is awesome here... I had an issue with the website for booking services+ I was able to call + get things sorted easily. Also, been able to bring my own polish color in which has been a game changer !

Very clean nice space, went in for eyebrow lamination an eyelash lift with tint. Eyebrows were amazing but the tint wore off quickly it seemed! I had a positive experience but also disappointed with the lash lift unfortunately! Due to tint wearing off and lashes bent wrong ways. (Got my lashes redone came out amazing! Thank you so much!)

I was there a week ago to get my shellac nail polish removed on my hands. The girl who did the removal overfiled my nails and now they are discoloured and painful. This can happen if someone is inexperienced and does not know how hard to file the nailbed. It will take weeks for my nails to recover. I am very unhappy with the lack of qualified technicians here. On a previous visit, my polish application was poorly done as well. I don’t recommend this place.
