We have sold our house and our realtor asked this company to clean our house before the closing date. They were asked to do only thes tasks :1. Clean all the kitchen cabinets2. Clean the kitchen appliances3. Clean the bathroom4. Floor MopeSo 2 people shouldn't exceed 4 hours to complete these tasks in an EMPTY house. According to their rate $30/h/pers, we would pay only $240. But we have received a long bill of $420 with many other tasks we didn't ask for!!! Almost DOUBLE of what we expected to pay !!We did complain that we didn't ask them to do all what is listed in the bill, they said okay you will have a $100 discount so we paid $320 but still it's way more higher than we should have Paid!Be careful when you hire this company to clean your house, be very specific and strict on your needs!
