The plumber John is one of the best in Whistler! He always offers fair pricing and does his work right, the first time! I'd highly recommend this company for all plumbing needs.

Our toilet wouldn’t flush and the shower drain was also backing up. A quick call and John was on the scene! He arrived in the evening to assess the problem; then was back in the morning to rectify it. John is super quick and had both bathrooms flushed and working well in just an hour and a half! Saved us just before the May long weekend. Thanks so much!

I have been in whistler for 15 years and used a few of the plumbers here and John is the best one yet!!! Over the past 4 years John has been our go-to plumber in 2 different homes for new installations of plumbing, heating and appliances, and emergency repairs. He is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and skilled. His rates are reasonable and we recommend him highly.

When our renters clogged our toilets on a weekend, we were struggling to find someone to clear the problem before the new renters arrived. Our usual plumber kept promising we were the next job but kept delaying us. Out of desperation, I called John at Flux Mechanical. He did not hesitate to cancel his skiing plans and come to our rescue. Within an hour he was on site. The situation was very bad as the renter had flushed paper towel down the toilet which got jammed downstream affecting the other toilet as well. He found the clog in a section of pipe in the parking garage, took it apart, did whatever it took to clear the clog, put it all back together again, and cleaned up after himself. All before the new renter arrived. I was very impressed. John will be the first person I call from now on and you should do the same !!!

Top notch service! John clearly enjoys his work and is a great communicator. He helped us with our Whistler renovation permits, plumbing inspections etc.. but most appreciated was his input and advise on our new shower system design and instal. Our new thermostatic shower system works perfectly and looks great!! John exceeded expectations! (John is also a go-to favorite of our STRATA for some significant repair and upkeep jobs. Had John install a flow control valve for us in Whistler. It turned out to be not a straight forward job due to a funky setup with our plumbing. John was persistent and was determined to get it done right. His followup was remarkable.
