I went there last minute looking for an evening cocktail dress. The sales assistant had great suggestions and knew exactly what would look good on me. Would definitely return if I need another dress for an event! I don't remember her name but I am super happy with the purchase! Thank you so much!

I was helped by Mayma, a young moroccan lady, she listenned to what I needed, made the whole turn of the shop with me while making suggestions and setting up the changing room for me. She brought me heels to try on the dresses as I had sneakers so I could see the end results. She also brought accessories that could fit with my picks. I was very pleased, she was polite and very helpful, never felt rushed or like I was annoying her. Very pleasant shopping experience.

Very poor service, not as expected from a higher end store, not to up standards and felt very judged as soon as I walked in. They belittle clients without knowing if they will buy or not. As an old retailer, I understood that you should not judge a book by its cover. After a 2 year pandemic you’d think sales people are more excited to make money and serve clients. They didn’t tell me about the ongoing online promo. First time experience, will definitely be my last.
